Had a fantastic stay at Francesca’s apartment, she was a great host, very helpful and little touches around the apartment are very thoughtful. Breakfast selection was very good, with lots of bread,milk,meat,cheese,eggs,juice and lots more. Rooms are a great size, apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, away from all the hustle and bustle of the centre of Florence but only a short walk into town, some great restaurants also on the doorstep. Would highly recommend staying here.

We loved everything

October 25 th,2022. We were impressed how lovely the apartment was. The photos do not do it justice.. it was a modern apartment with everything one would need to enjoy a holiday. Having a washer/dryer added to the feeling of it being like a home away from home. Francesca the host, goes out of her way to make you feel at home. The breakfast items she supplies are wonderful. The location was perfect, far enough away from the downtown noise. It was close to the bus and train.

Stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment in a smart area, a short walk from SMN Station and to all the attractions and famous landmarks Florence has to offer. Francesca was delightful and welcomed us to the property. She pointed out all the best places on the map. There was a great choice of breakfast items left for us in the apartment and we felt very much home from home. Would definitely return.

Francesca’s apartment was beautiful and in a good neighborhood and within walking distance of all fo Florence’s sights to see. The apartment was in a nice building and had a beautiful kitchen, dining area, sitting area, laundry area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Francesca was a great host and was there to meet us on our arrival and gave us lots of onformatokn on local restaurants and sights to see. She also left many packages of meats and cheese, milk, juice, eggs, coffee, bread, crackers, cereals, jams, yogurts, cookies and packaged pastry items for us to eat along with supplies for dishwasher and washing machine.

the only minor complaint was the beds could be more comfortable but this a so minor compared to all the positives. I would recommend this apartment to anybody and when we come back to Florence we would stay here.

the property was in a great location about fifteen minutes away from the city centre. Francesca was a wonderful host making sure we had everything we needed and even contacting us halfway through the stay to make sure we were happy. The apartment was spotlessly clean and she provided so much food and drink.

Air-conditioning was noisy. Distance from centre of attractions a little far by foot about 20min, otherwise there's a bus to get there.

Totally loved the stay here, felt like coming home at the end of the day and looking forward to it. Breakfast setup was awesome. Host was super.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like about the apartment, except the walking distance from the historic centre which is about 20 minutes. However, if you choose to walk by the river, which we always did, it is lovely! So, you may want to plan ahead so you don't have to come back to the apartment for anything.

Francesca is an incredibly attentive, lovely and generous host!!! She has always replied to our texts via Whatsapp helping us with everything we needed. She has welcomed us and showed the apartment herself and gave us a map with a lot of sightseeing suggestions. She supplied a full pantry of breakfast and snack items and a stocked refrigerator with eggs, cheese, ham, salami, milk, juices, water and also a variety of fresh fruit. She has also left a lot of candies and even a bottle of Chianti! The bathrooms have organic toiletries. The apartment is very comfortable, modern, decorated with good taste and it is located in a charming neighbourhood. I would definitely stay there again!!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like about the apartment other than the walk to the historic center is about 20 minutes, so if you're planning to pack your days as we did, you may want to plan ahead so you don't have to come back to the apartment for anything. The proximity to the train station was convenient and we were able to rent a car and find safe parking close by so we didn't have to drive in the city-restricted zones and could head out for the next phase of our trip continuing on to Tuscany with ease.

Francesca was an unbelievably kind and generous host. She supplied a full pantry of breakfast and snack items and a stocked refrigerator with eggs, cheeses, milk, juices, water, a variety of fresh fruit, vegan items for one of my daughters, organic toiletries in the bathrooms. The apartment was modern and equipped with a washer and dryer in the unit, great water pressure, an induction stove, and comfortable air conditioning. Francesca was responsive to texts via whatsapp and spent time in person with us showing us the apartment, orienting us to the map, and offering sightseeing and transportation recommendations and information. The value for the accommodations was a steal.

La Firenze Sogna is a unique apartment placed in a calm one Way street with minimum noise, and perfect walk distance to all of what Florence have to offer. Large and airy modern apartment on a quiet residential street just 2 blocks from the Arno. Great location and well stocked welcome pack. Francesca was lovely and so helpful. Would definitely recommend and return. Our friends were in the 3 bed apt and we were in the 2 bed. Super modern bathrooms. Can't fault it.

This host aims to please! Absolutely lovely!! Was waiting outside to welcome us, zero stress! Modernly decorated, spacious apartment. It is incredibly spotless (not a speck of dirt, stray hair or bug to be found), stocked with food and all of the necessary products you need. Great air conditioning. Washer and dryer major bonus! Host offers all of the recommendations and help you want. Can’t say enough good things. Don’t hesitate, just book it!

Truly, our stay was more than we expected and there was nothing that we didn't like. 10 out of 10 definitely!
