We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyBreakfast was OK, nothing special (cold meats, pastries, cakes). The walk into town is a bit isolated and narrow in places (OK for me, but some might not like it). Bathroom was a bit tired.
Don’t expect a romantic atmosphere as this is a cheap functional type of place. Bear that in mind and you’ll be fine. Staff was friendly and very helpful for talking you through Volterra and restaurant suggestions. Location is a 10-20 minute walk into town, with plenty of parking. This is a good option if you don’t mind walking and aren’t looking for a fancy Volterra stay.
