Kitchen closes at 22:00.

Location is close to the bus station (20 mins to city center). Staff were so kind. 24 hours reception. Place is secured inside out. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was clean during the visit.

Bed wasn’t comfortable and was too noisy. You cannot lock the door to the room. But for one night and for the price it was alright.

The hostel is very small and the reception is with the hall in front of your room. You can hear every word so definitely pack your earplugs with you. The bathroom is a bit smelly but mostly clean. No towels. And no key for the rooms, take your lock with you to safe your stuff in the locker. And the location is a bit outside from the city center in milano. But the metro is around 7min away.

It’s an Hostel for those who have no high expectations. The beds were quite comfortable and the lady room was quite big. The stuff made your bed every day tidy, even if you’re longer there than one night.

Ammar, the receptionist has helped me a lot! When was so welcoming and helped me settled in as I arrived very early way before check in time. He’s really friendly towards the guests which I think is important in a hostel. Very very grateful for the friendship we’ve created and I’ve created in this hostel.

Probably it was under staffed so the lady at reception was quite on edge of her patience. After having a long day I had to wait 15 minutes after check in to get a Towel and a locker for my luggage and I had to pay for both on top of my stay.

The property was easy to access from Metro line 1 and the info was clear and straightforward. The price was economical.

It's a clean and cheap place to stay, and it has good staff, specially Jessica. She is so kind and helps passengers.

The bed was unconfortable and my bed was the top one next to a column and it was kinda tricky to get in because of the column.

The staff is really friendly and they were really helpful, even when there was a problem with the locker, they were eager to help. The check out 24h is very nice as well.

A little bit noisy, when someone walks outside the door.

It’s so cheap price and good quality accommodation. Friendly stuff and clean rooms. Near to metro, bus station and big supermarket 24h. The hostel has a kitchen and snack machine.

The shower in my room was improperly built - leaked all over the bathroom. The fact you have to pay extra for a towel is just quite annoying.

The bed was pretty comfy and relatively wide.

They didn't send me the check-in information, which made me a bit nervous but I called to ask and when I arrived there was no problem. Also, the bathroom can get a bit dirty when you shower, so a mop in the bathroom would be very nice and I missed a common area to chat with people. But this are just details

The bed was very comfortable, it was quite close to the metro and near a 24 hours Carrefour, the room had it's own bathroom apart from a common one, there was no noise and the lockers are quite big, my bag could fit in.

Only one toilet and shower for all quests. Hostel should buy new one shower, this one which is now looks old.

For sure the best was helpful stuff. Cleanliness of room and toilet was really good. Its really near to good ristorante, cafeteria and gelateria. 5-10 minutes on foot to metro and 5 minutes to night buses. It's only 25 minutes on foot to Inter and Milan Stadium.

One bathroom for 6 girl bedroom is not enough, +1 toilet would be much better. And some disgusting smell comed from the bathroom, we needed always close the door, but inside was terrible smell.

The staff and the room was nice. Everything was clean.
