Upon arrival when we met up with the houst they were extreme welcoming and very friendly ,truly lovley people. they helped us with our luggage and all info you could possibly need to exploure this amazing city with best coffe shops, things to do & see.including restaurantst where turist normaly don;t find so you can haw true Sicilian experience. wi-_fi works super well.The fridge had welcome drinks waiting for us as complimentary to try very nice local vine and other options. We are so happy we discovered this lux flat in booking.com

This place was exceptionally placed, exceptionally decorated, and Luciana was the most amazing host! She met us at the building and gave us a walkthrough of the place. She even gave us complementary beverages in the fridge! Be prepared to climb a few flights of steps, but the place is wonderful. Everything was super clean and the beds were SUPER COMFY. We had a super minor hiccup where the wifi went out, but we reached out to Luciana and she remedied the issue in no time. The property was an easy/quick walk to the area I suppose we'd call downtown. Close to shopping, food, and some things to see. There's also a small convenience store right at the corner where we were able to buy things to store in fridge for the duration of our stay. Overall, we were super happy with our stay here. We'd totally come back. Thanks for a great first visit to Sicily, Luciana!!!

There are stairs and no lift but out host helped to carry a case when we arrived.

Good location as some nearby places to eat and we could walk to the central area. The apartment is lovely, spacious, spotless, quiet, comfortable beds. Our host was a great communicator, met us and helped to carry luggage up the stairs and provided water and a bottle of wine. She even booked a taxi for us when we left for the station.

If you are a senior and not very fit , be aware the apartment is on the third floor,there is no lift!

It was new , bright,and extremely well appointed (facilities). It was a pleasure coming home from a day on the streets of Palermo! Our host Luciana was delightful . She gave us lots of information on where to dine , sites, etc We had a welcome bottle of wine , juices and water in the fridge

The curtains do not block out any light, so you are awake very early in the morning. The location is in the better area of Palermo but for getting to the hustle and bustle it's a bit of a walk.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The decor and ceilings have been paid very close attention to. The beds are very comfy. The TVs are smart TVs. You can access a balcony from any room. We loved there were two bathrooms so we could both get ready at the same time. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Luciana was a fabulous host, so helpful and just a lovely person. We would 100% visit again, just amazing!

Excellent communications from the host and was very easy to find once in the center. Lovely apartment. Lots of space and decorated to a high standard. Having two ensuites was a bonus. Super comfy beds, both facing a huge wall mounted TV for when you want to relax after a long day. Safe neighbourhood and although not right in the main tourist area, it was nice to be in a quieter location for night time. Highly recommended.

Parking is difficult, unless one pays at a parking garage. Having said that, Luciana helped us with the parking tickets.

Luciana met us when we arrived; she was extremely helpful during our stay. The place was very clean and had all the amenities one can expect for 4-5 day stay.

Amazing apartment close to the center in a very safe neighborhood. The apartment is beautifully and elegantly furnished, the owner took care of every detail. Bring your Netflix password because there is no cable subscription. Three nice big TVs, though.

So fabulous! Luciana couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. There are even shaving mirrors in the bathrooms and facial tissues! Everything was perfect. You will adore this place. After 2 days we felt like it was our home. Decorated in the best taste. Beds are very comfortable and each has a beautiful extra wool throw if you need it. WiFi is good and strong, kitchen is beautifully outfitted.
