Nothing comes to mind. Just two suggestions, it would be good to have access to an iron or steamer and taxi numbers which worked, as getting a taxi in La spezia proved challenging unless you walked to the train station. Also, for anyone travelling in a wheelchair please bear in mind most airbnb lifts are very narrow.

Great location about 7 mins walk from the train station, the room and ensuite was clean, well equipped, spacious and secure. We travelled as two women and felt very safe in this location. The airconditioning worked really well and was just what we needed in the July heat! Deborah our host was really friendly and helpful from the onset with any questions and help we needed. Will definitely be visiting here again. We travelled to Cinque terre for two days of the 5 and it was an ideal location to walk to the trainstation for our day trips and also around La Spezia town. Highly recommend!!

We struggled with the air conditioning unit during our stay which seemed to only work when it sensed movement near the motion sensor. Some instructions for using different aspects of the room e.g. the safe or air conditioning would have been useful and could have meant we did not have to contact the host as much when we arrived.

Spotlessly clean and modern room. The bathroom was beautifully fitted with an excellent shower. Easy check-in experience with clear inbstructions. The locations was good and nearby to the station for easy connections to Cinque Terre.

We booked last minute and had excellent contact with the host. She provided us the access codes for the building, entry to the area and where to find the key card. Rooms are accessed using an elevator--but warning, it fits one person and maybe luggage; without luggage, can fit two people. The room was tastefully decorated with darker colors and was very homey feeling. We loved the area along the wall which had places to store luggage and drawers to unpack. We loved the real hangers to hang coats and tops! The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Sheets were soft. The bathroom was large with a window. The shower was huge and had great water pressure and hot water always. We liked the fact there was a place to put soap, shaving cream, etc. while in the shower. Big sink area to put lotions, etc. Host provided a shower cap and body wash and shampoo.

we enjoyed the comfortable bed, the big private terrace (with comfy chairs!) and the modern mood lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. we had an smooth check in and loved our stay! it was close to the train station to get to Cinque terre and had strong wifi too.

Amazing accommodation within few minutes from the train station, turistic harbor and restaurants. Very clean, quiet, comfortable room. The location is in an old building but the interior is so modern and well decorated. We felt very good for the whole period we stayed in La Spezia.

Probably the best room of this trip. Online communication with the staff was amazing, everything very well explained, self check in very easy too.. The room conditions were amazing, bed was very comfortable, clean, very good internet connection and an unexpected welcome gift with some snacks and drinks. A lot of important informations are available to know La Spezia and Cinque Terre.

A very small lift to take you up two flights of stairs to your room. But this was very minor , not a problem really.

Very clean. Lots of coffee, tea and toiletries in the room. I felt very safe there. There was the option to connect your phone to speakers in the room , so great to relax with a coffee In the morning and listen to your own music.

Very central location, it's in between the train station and the piazzas/harbour, all within walking distance. The room itself has been recently renovated and is exceptional. Sound proof room for a great sleep and all the mod cons you would expect. The patio area was brilliant, too.
