I picked the room with the kitchenette, which was nice but would have preferred one story instead of two.

Very beautiful property. The owners and staff were wonderful. Loved the restaurant, had dinner there both nights! The bed was very comfortable.

Nice structure, garden area looks even nicer in person, the photos don’t do justice. The breakfast was outstandingly good and the staff were some of the nicest people we’ve ever met in a hotel :)

The staff were amazing and helpful. The restaurant is great and the menu is nice. The rooms are very good and clean. The atmosphere in the garden is great during day and at night. The swimming pool is just enough for a nice exercise. Easy access to Perugia by car.

no AC in the room, wifi barely working. the place was very loud with loud music and thin walls. you can hear every other residents. they host parties and event that can last up to 1am and you can hear the music and people.

The central heating was a problem and the fact that we didn't have a working aircon unit. The room was too warm, and there was no way to control the heat. The aircon was either not working or we were just missing a remote. This disrupted our sleep, and we had to open windows during the night to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

Best breakfast croissants and cappuccino. I love the setting and location. The room had a modern hotel room feel and was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed supper at the restaurant.

Wi-Fi was a little weak in the outer cabin areas. Kitchenette could use more cookware and other essentials. Shower has some mold around base.
