We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The Hotel has a wonderful and immaculate garden with lovely views; check in was easy and our room and all areas were very clean. I left a high value item of jewellery at the hotel and had to arrange for a courier to pick it up - the staff not only called me say they had the item but also liaised with me over collection and packaged the item securely for me, at no extra cost.

SwitzerlandEven though we were guests at the hotel we were not able to have dinner there because the restaurant was fully booked. The staff sent us a message the night before but we traveled from Switzerland ans would have loved to eat in their reataurant.
The hotel premises are well maintained with a beautiful garden and a pond. The rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The toiletries were very nice. Breakfast buffet was delicious. A good parking available in case you come to the hotel by car.
