The ski-room is difficult to access and doesn't provide proper storage for snowboarding gear

Alessia with her big smile and Michele who did everything to make our stay enjoyable and help us in every possible way deserve to be commended. The only minor minus was what was offered for breakfast, we always managed to get something suitable like fruit or croissants but by the end of the stay were missing bacon and eggs - though bacon and eggs were offered something about the way they were cooked wasn’t palatable. However I have to make it clear that every dish we ate for dinner was amazing and though we didn’t enjoy breakfast quite as much we would stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay. Enjoyed the food, dinning there almost every evening, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was cosy and clean. Fully utilised the sauna to warm up after spending a day on the slopes. Everything is walking distance from the location. Convenient parking just outside. Zero issues with noise so had a good nights sleep. Would stay here again, we were sad to leave.

The bed cushions were quite stiff for my liking, service during dinner time (restaurant) was slow and sometimes not consistent.

Everything was very good, the slightest issue we had was with the lack of acoustic door seal, due to which we could hear other guests return later at night back to the hotel. Nothing that cannot be resolved and would definitely come back again.

The location of the hotel is really close to the lifts, the staff is friendly and very helpful and welcoming. They serve fantastic breakfast with homemade croissants and have their restaurant open in the evening with great meals.

There was nothing, which could have been improved.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable and the view great. Staff was very personal, friendly and welcoming. We had our supper at the restaurant and the Pizzas were outstanding. Good value for money. Friendly bartender. Breakfast also good and fresh.

The breakfast was varied and sufficient, although I think it could have been changed a little bit each day. Like offering each table what eggs they would like with bacon for example. The soft boiled eggs were often cold. Nonetheless, the breakfast was very satisfactory as it was.

The food is incredible - one of the best in the village and always a nice, busy vibe. The staff were super friendly, warm, efficient and helpful - even making me vacuum packed ice packs for an injured knee. Everything was super clean. We also loved the ski in and out option. And the lovely sauna.

The waitresses in the restaurant, especially the smaller one. She seems to be annoyed with the fact that she works there.

proximity to Cassana lift, in particular ability to ski down directly to the hotel. The restaurant has pretty good food and very good pizza! There is a skibus stop in front of the hotel. The rooms are pretty basic but clean. Helpful staff at the bar (bartender was friendly). The breakfast is repetitive but tasty, coffee was good! It is about 12 mins walk to the center of Livigno. We had a a lovely time there.

Checkin is at 22:00. Please, make sure, you won't come after that otherwise you will become instantly a public enemy nr.1. Unfortunatelly we came late and communication with the staff was really rude. There was also a lot of noise in the property, when someone leaves the property at 6am, the noisy doors will wake you up - that's also the reason why checkin is limited until 22:00

First of all, this is not a bike friendly place: They can only offer a dirty and open garage for bicycles. So, I cleaned my road bike nicely with wet wipes and wanted to take it to our room. Three people started shouting at me. Even one dude came up to us, and like we have some mental disorder started to explain that "Rooms are for people". Thanks! In 2022, when thousands of people are coming to Livigno to ride their bicycles, you have to provide a safe space or let them store it in the room. The last 8-9 years, I've been in a lot of cities with my bike and I had no problem: I could store it in the room or they could provide a safe and lockable one. Not here...

The room was big, and clean, the breakfast was good, we really liked the place, no problems whatsoever...
