It's a very nice place to stay! We didn't have much time ... but enough to meet the kind and helpful host Paola. She gave us a great recommandation for dinner and because we had to leave very early in the morning, she prepared us a great breakfast we could enjoy later on the ferry. It's lovely to stay at such a quite place before catching the ferry the next morning.

Great place with an amazing host - Paola! Thank you for the hospitality, the tips (recommendations, from the places to visit to the restaurants) and the talks. It was really, really nice to stay at La Magnifica. It's a pity that we only stayed one night! The house is very nice and well decorated as well as the surroundings with all the horses and ponies. Moreover, we must highlight the breakfast, it was really good in variety and overall quality. Finally, it's just ~30 minutes by car from Pisa (and airport) and Livorno (and its port).

A superb B&B, hosted by a helpful, knowledgeable and kind lady named Paola. She greeted us as soon as we arrived. She recommended many places to visit locally and across Tuscany. Breakfast is definitely something to look forward to. The rooms were large and lovely and the beds are super comfortable.

We loved everything about this place. I am not sure there was even one thing that I could wish to have been different. Paola was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, with mostly home-made or home-grown options. The room was super comfy and so was the bathroom. There are plenty of places to explore nearby, the sea included. There are also many good restaurants in the area. The location has many open, green areas; the cats, dogs and horses just add to the beauty of the place. We already wish to go back there one day!

We had a very pleasant experience while spending two nights at La Magnifica. Paola runs the B&B with love and enthusiasm. The breakfast was amazing. From where La Magnifica is located, Livorno and Pisa are 30 min drive away.

omg, everything, it’s like heaven on earth. Paola it’s the best host we ever had with my husband. she knows how to help you and make you enjoying every single moment. the landscape and the entire road, location, horses, everything it’s so so wonderful. the rooms are big and so beautiful, our little son didn’t want to leave this place… The room was already prepared with air conditioning because it was to hot outside, we really appreciate it ah, I forgot about breakfast… it’s just perfect, the best cappuccino, the best bread we ever had, best croissant and best scrambled eggs… I don’t know how she can do everything but you definitely will miss Paola even after just 2 nights here. she recommended us the best restaurant and places to see, so I don’t need to look just after your trip plan because she has very very good taste 🙏🙏🙏 we re looking already to come again in October

Everything. The rooms are charming and clean. There is everything you need including slippers, shower gel and shampoo, mini bar. The breakfast was absolutely great. You can choose from fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, eggs prepared in all different ways, fresh pastries, cereals. Was very filling. The biggest bonus of this place is definitely animals. We saw 3 foals and petted multiple horses also the cats are supper friendly and want to be petted non stop. Paola was very accomodating and responded to all the messages very fast. She also helped us to book a great restaurant for dinner.

Paola was a very, very nice host. The breakfast was probably the highlight of our stay. Fresh products, nicely presented and delicious. What I personally appreciated a lot was the fact that instead of throwing away the breakfast leftovers, Paola provided us with a box so we could take them with us. This way no foodwaste was produced! The residence is located on their big property where they breed horses which was quite impressive.

Breakfast was very delicious....with many choices: freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade bread and pastries, local cheese, Italian coffee and many more. It is also very pleasant to sit in the garden outside. Also, worthwhile observing different animals there.

An asphalt road or gravel pavement would be an advantage on the way to the villa.

We stopped at this hotel on the way to Sardinia. We stayed on the way back and forth. The hotel is great, the rooms are big, the bathroom is crystal clear. Housewife Paola is the most hospitable person I know! We really felt at home. Breakfast is wonderful with fresh produce from the farm. I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel the breath of Tuscany!
