Main complaint would be the stairs. You need to go up quite a few sets of stairs before you can use the small elevator to get to the top floor. This was not mentioned or advertised in the listing. No balcony in room which was disappointing. Also signs to find the place were not the greatest. Luckily I had googled it before we left so I had a rough idea what to look for. But I still had to ask several people where it was located in the building once we got dropped off.

It was close to everything. The port, restaurants, and beautiful boardwalk right across the street on the ocean. Breakfast in the morning on the shared balcony was beautiful. There was a bit of a language barrier but the owner was very sweet and helpful once we used google translate. Lol

Germano was great. The place was beautiful and very clean.. Location was great. The breakfast was the best. As soon as we got there Germano made us cappachino. He was so nice and gave us everything we needed. It felt like we were visiting family. The best place we ever stayed at. I would highly recommend this place, We loved it.

Because there are 8 steps outside and 18 steps at the entry someone with difficulty climbing steps may have a problem. Otherwise, La Marina is an outstanding property.

La Marina is impeccably clean, light and bright. Breakfast is served on the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean and is walking distance to a free shuttle to the port for cruise ships. Also, the train station for those coming from Rome is only three blocks away. We were personally welcomed by Marina, the owner and her assistant. Marina is very attentive and is eager to make you comfortable. She asks you what time you would like to have breakfast and offers some options. This property is modern, immaculate, beautifully appointed and comfortable. La Marina is a definite #10!!!

We loved it all beautiful views we were treated so well by germano he was waiting on us and Andre was wonderful he made up a great breakfast and even helped us to get to the ships port in plenty of time it was a wonderful and beautiful experience I'd recommend highly to anyone

my room was spotless. Nice to have private bathroom. View was nice from dining room. Unfortunately it was windy and we could not eat on the patio. Manager was very accommodating. Sorry I forgot his name. Breakfast was fine. Only three rooms at LaMarina, but convenient to the port.

The key to the door did not work, but we were given a new key that worked better.

The room was gorgeous with all the blue colors. The room was very spacious and the staff was very helpful each time we called them for assistance, within 15 minutes they were to the B&B to assist our needs.

Our room did not have an outside window. However, they had warned us of this prior to our arrival.

Our room was large and our king sized bed was very comfortable. The only issue for us was that it was October and the air conditioner was not functioning. We would have preferred it to be a bit cooler for us but it was fine. Marina prepared a delicious breakfast of ham and cheese on a toasted croissant. The large balcony is a great place for breakfast and to watch the world go by. Location is great.
