The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big, the bathroom modern and clean, and the kitchenette served its purpose. The location is awesome, directly in the city center. For the price, definetly great value.

Don't expect the view over the city to the sea that is on the last photo of the suite with terrasse and sea view (appartamento super attico) but the view over the mountain of Erice. That was a bit of a disappointment even though we truly loved this view, too and enjoyed our whole stay very much.

It is a beautiful apartment, very nice location and style with everything you need.

Quite dated The shower cubicle ridiculously small compared to the overall size of the bathroom. Floor was filthy with clumps of long dark hair. No cleaning materials apart from one little sponge for dishes and a single tea towel. We stayed for 6 days and we would have swept the floor but there was no brush to do it with. Equally nothing to wipe things in the bathroom. Communication was very difficult. Questions and requests not dealt with at all. The answer was either a straight forward NO or no reply at all which made us feel ignored.

PROS - Very good location close to port for trips , old town, beach and right by a small local supermarket Rooms and terrace were large and lots of space in the apartment that’s where the good stops. The lift is an experience in itself (not a good one)See cons

The cleaning could have been a little bit better (Terrace and Kitchen)

A hotell in the narrow alleys in the Old town. The lights in the alleys at night was very good. Felt safe walking there aloe, even if I was the only one out. No reception or Breakfast service due to Corona and end of the Season. A Mercado very close nearby. Close to bars & restaurants and the main street for shopping and restaurants, Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Very helpsome personell, Danilo and Monica. Very quiet area, no disturbances. Close to the port and boats for the Aegadian Islands. A good bed and good pillows

Good lokacion in Trapani, walk distance to city center and 3 minutes walk from the beach. On the next street is local bacary for perfect fresh paniny. We appreciate early check in.

There was no breakfast provided on the second morning. There was not enough utensils for 2 people. The kitchen was dismal and the bathroom sink facets had not been cleaned.

The location was near what I wanted to see and do.

- the apartment was not clean when handed over at 15:20. We waited for the preparation from 9:00 (at 9:00 we were in Trapani,Porto) - during the whole stay (7 days) the dirty towels were not changed automatically - except at my request and they wanted to charge an extra fee for clean towels 5e/person, this info. was not obvious when booking the accommodation - kitchen: oven did not work, no towels, no pan.. - bathroom: the door to the shower was partially non-functional (popped off the rail..), the bulbs in the mirror above the sink were non-functional, - service: 0 points - floor dirty and we warned them that we have a 1 year old child who crawls on the floor.. - The bed - one of the slats was not at all - this caused a hole at the bottom of the bed - balcony - 0 points - noise from the street - residential elevator - you have to hold the button for the floor in question, otherwise it stops in the middle ... - poor WIFI - the nearest real beach - San Guliano is within 4 km from the accommodation

Toilet seat was falling off, I mentioned to reception she said will take care of it! Never did! Could not find dishwashing liquid asked. Was told will be in front of my door. Never happened but I found some later. Noise from street. I was not able to come on the exact dates as my husband was in hospital. So asked to cancel but wave the fee. Was denied! So I went to use up the last 2 days as I was charged anyway. That was not kind. Would not go back there. They are not nice plus place needs a lot of work!

No breakfast had apartment with Terrasse which was supposed to have sea view. I liked the Mountain View with Erice, the houses below not very attractive. Nice light looking out. Breeze.

Older furniture, the mattress was climbed out, there was little storage space in the bathroom, a broken towel rail. I booked accommodation for 3 adults, liquid soap and tea was for 2 people. check in instructions arrived very late-1 hour before check in.

The Apartments localisation is great. By walk around two minutes every cool place what you need bars, restaurants, stores, port. This part of the city is nice and clean, local people are friendly, there was no invasion of tourists. The host of the place was nice and friendly and guided us precisely.
