The path to the property is steep for anyone with mobility issues. The floor could’ve done with a better clean in the property. The fridge thermostat was constantly coming on during the night and kept us awake.

The property was In a good spot situated off a main road which was quiet at night. The property had everything we needed. The host was nice and informed us of what to do on our arrival.

Unsure if it was just us, but I couldn’t seem to get the aircon to work. The bed was creaking a lot when rolling over.

Location was fantastic, the patio area was a nice bonus, it was great to have a washing machine etc… too. Marina the host is lovely and very welcoming/helpful.

It can get pretty noisy as the apartment is directly located on a busy road. Couldn't sleep with the windows open.

Marina was a lovely host. She picked us up at the station and was always available for any request we had. The little house is nicely located 5min by foot away from the old town and beach. The house itself provided everything we needed.

patio needs pressure-wash, outdoor furniture getting UV wear /weakened, a larger fridge with freezer for ice/sorbet would be Nice: But We Are Grateful that Our Needs Were so Competently Met.

EVERYTHING Was TERRIFIC: Small But Adequate-> Needs Met, Great Hostess and Help When Needed, Picked up at Train Station (by the Owner Marina), Patience in Dealing With First Time to Italy Guests, Hostess speaks English . AC worked Great, Comfortable Bed & Furniture: Nice Bathroom & Shower, Great double-pained windows with Mosquito Screens & Shutters. THE PATIO and Grounds, Furniture and Umbrella. LOCATION: So CENTRAL and SO CLOSE to EVERYTHING: Basko Grocery & Farm Markets, Restaurants and Cafes, Stores: TOURIST Attractions: Porto Fino, Santa Marguerita Ligure, Camogli & Recco (Birthplace of Focaccia), Montellegro Funivia, Cinque Terra: The Trains, The Ferries, The E-Bikes, the Churches, The Beaches. we had an awesome time and did not have to rent a car at all! We visited All that we could in a week that we stayed and Loved it there, Right up to the Time at the End of our 7 day stay When a Very Nice Gentlemen Mr. Marco Came and Drove us to the Train Station, kindly helping with our luggage, and we left for Venice. THANKYOU—grazie mille per tutte le gentilezze‼️💕🎶😍🥰

Marina is such a great host and was so helpful, she speaks perfect English, so the communication was very easy. She also had great recommendations and even went out of her way to get us more information on touristic attractions when we asked. The highlight of the stay was having breakfast on the terrace, with the delicious fresh espresso from the espresso machine. There's also a supermarket close around the corner, which made our stay very convenient.

Lovely host. She gave us the keys herself and was very nice. She showed us a good parking spot when we arrived so we did not have to worry about our car. The 10 days we stayed in her apartment we did not need to use the car once. Everything is available by bus or train. She gave us tips on where to go and many flyers and she was open for all of our questions and if we wrote her a message she answered immediately. The apartment is perfect for a couple or two friends like us. It is very warm and has a lot of light. The air conditioning is a really big plus. We enjoyed our stay there!

For some one young and fit the walk from the station to the cottage up all of the stone steps and walkways may not be a personal problem. However, I found it exhausting. Luckily, someone came to my aid and carried my bags up the hill and all the steps and into the house. I successfully managed to get my luggage back down the steps and the hill to the gate and had a reservation with a cab (0 185 55855. He was great and on time. There is a lovely patio with chairs and beautiful flower plants. But if you have a lot of time to just hang around this is a great place to sit. It was too chilly for me To take advantage of it.

The cottage Is beautiful, and tastefully compacted. The view is stunning.

The property was very secluded and had a great outside area which we enjoyed. It is well located from amenities and the beach front. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
