Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We stayed 2 nights as part of our honeymoon. This was by far the best place we stayed and everything you would expect from a small luxury hotel. The GM and all staff were extremely friendly. Especially being American it never felt like a barrier for communication which was hard to find in other places we went. The room would stunning, clean and had a killer view. The turn down service was awesome and made us feel warm and welcoming as we came into the room after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. We didn’t do dinner at the hotel but I’m sure it was just as good. I got a massage that was absolute perfection, she was amazing. We honestly can’t rave about this hotel enough. Please stay here you will not regret it!

IrelandThe Villa was beautiful, Antonino and Marco were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt right at home and really taken care of. I forgot some swimsuits there and they were really helpful in returning them. They provided a lot of great recommendations on food and local attractions. They made the transfer from the ferry to the hotel simple and convenient. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to others.

This is a beautifully appointed boutique hotel, a wonderful place to enjoy the island. it’s quiet and relaxing. A few minutes walk from the action. The hosts Antonio & Marco are superb, they know the island inside out and can answer any query. They organized our transfer from Naples, our boat trip and changed our dinner reservations. Everything runs smoothly and that’s a great vibe. They are welcoming, friendly and were a huge asset to our stay. The breakfast is delicious. La Minerva is small and atmospheric, the sea view is fabulous.

the property was absolutely beautiful and wholly aesthetic. I was in tears having to leave at the end of our stay. the staff is absolutely amazing and they made our stay so seamless. they arranged a pickup of baggage from the port and have the chair lift tickets readily available for you. they also booked us dinner reservations including to Michelin star restaurants during our stay. I’ve never stayed at a more welcoming or hospitable stay ever. I will definitely be coming back! Capri is the most magical place and hotel la Minerva was the best compliment to our visit there.

United StatesThis is a hidden gem in Capri. The hotel is located away from the crowded areas, but within a short walking distance of the city center. It overlooks a quiet valley where you can enjoy the nature peacefully. The recently renovated rooms are very comfortable. The hotel design is modern but includes traditional Caprese tiles and ceramic. Although the hotel does not have a full restaurant, it offers an excellent breakfast and room service. It is located between two excellent restaurants. The jewel of the crown is the service, they are the best, very detail orientated, from front desk staff to maids.
