We liked everything! A word of advice, please don't get a 17" sport rim car like us coming over here. Get a normal car or an SUV for a comfortable journey.

A very nice family who hosted us, Fabio, Kelly, and Antonella were really caring of us. Fabio and Kelly provided many infos on where to go and attractions around San Quirico D'orcia. Breakfast was generous, delicious, and top quality. The vista seen from our guesthouse is breathtaking. Pictures cannot describe, one has to be there to enjoy the beauty of the view.

My wife and I liked how the property was far from the city centre, very quiet and the view from our bedroom was stunning! We arrived late in the evening and the host was very considerate offering us dinner “proper home cooked meal!. Fabio and Kelly are the best host very accommodating and welcoming!

Everything about the place was great. The location and accommodation were everything that we were after. You arrive and are welcomed as if you have been there before. We had the upstairs apartment which was spacious condo and extremely clean it had a modern kitchen and bathroom with all you needed. We had an evening meal and breakfasts there and the quality was some of the best we had eaten during our tour. Can’t say enough good about the place. Thank you Kelly Fabio and family for making our 2 nights wonderful

That I booked my stay for only 2 nights. Should have skipped Rome and come straight here!

Exceptionally comfortable bed and linen. Special welcome gift is telling sign that hosts take pride in their working farm and graciously shares it with guests. Fully equipped kitchen - buy fresh produce at local market or Siena and cook your own Tuscan meal in Tuscany with the best and freshest ingredients. Hosts gone out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable.

Everything was perfect!

The place was fantastic, it's a great location for discovering Tuscany. The view was like paradise, in the middle of olive trees. Our appartment was very beautiful, well renovated and authentic, and well furnished. There is everything you need to cook. We were in November but it was heated so we didn't fell cold at all. Kelly was so helpfull :) she made our visit a very good experience. Thank you so much 🙏 We recommand La Moiana for sure!

This place really lives up to the excellent reviews and expectations. Staying at Moiana is like coming home. Fabio, Kelly and the family really look after you. The appartment is great, and the location is stunning, in the middle of nowhere. We had dinner there every night during our 3 nights stay and the food was homecooked and excellent. We even got to drink their homemade wine :-). Fabio gave us tips for day trips, which was very helpful. If you are looking for a friendly, beautiful and quiet place, this is for you! If we are ever in this region again, we definitely will come again.

The road going in was a bit twisty and dusty, but the location was worth the drive.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, comfortable room. Delicious dinner available on site. (Breakfast available as well, but we did not use it). Good facilities for cooking. Bed was comfortable. Excellent stay!

Best place I stayed in all of Italy. Location is phenomenal, right in heart of most beautiful region in Tuscany (Val D'Orcia), view overlooking a valley. Despite being on a farm, the room and living area and bathroom was much nicer than the average of all the other hotels we saw in the cities. The dinner is lovely too. The owners are super friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing day at La Moiana. It's starts from the amazing views into the valley and opposing hills with views to the villages, winyards and Olive trees. The most welcoming and kind hosts who run this agriturismo with love and made sure we got what we needed to make our stay one of the best we had for some time. If you want seclusion and true Tuscan experience this is the place to stay!

The owner is a couple and they are super nice and friendly. Location with a very nice view to overlook the valley and hills. The room is very clean and spotless, it made us feel like home, very comfy. Breakfast and dinner are also nice and with reasonable price, it's definitely a place you want to go back again

Everything, from the look of the place, the cleanliness , the facilities, that gorgeous view, to the amazing meals we had there( the best dinner hands down we’ve ever had) and the warmth with which we were received. Thank you so much to the hosts, they made us feel very welcome. Can’t wait yo come here again! P.s. their olive oil is a must try, we’re sad we didn’t have more room in our luggage to buy more.

I was hesitant, if Agriturismo (far from "life" and city hotels) is something for me. Agriturismo La Moiana has changed my attitude to vacations! On the one hand, there was relaxing atmosphere with picturesque views, on the other hand the apartment provided all necessary comfort! Indeed, it is a stylish old house, with modern kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed, space for relaxing and storage your things. Beautiful furniture and creative decoration round up this positive impression! But breakfasts with the view on Monticello valley were unforgettable! Actually, breakfasts were really very good (and not limited by morning time - that was something really extraordinary and very much appreciated by us!) I felt like we are very much welcomed guests, all our wishes and questions were answered (for example, where to wash a car..) I recommend this place to all my acquaintances and hope to come back once again!
