Location of the property is in a Tuscan version of heaven, magnificent and large rooms and the design is pure genius. Incredible food, courteous staff and overall a magical and romantic experience. Would come again and again.

We loved everything! There was nothing to not like.

We loved everything about La Moscadella - the facility, the room, the food, the staff, the location and even the guests that we met while staying there! Isabella is a fabulous host, and Caterina was tremendously helpful when planning our days and visits to sites and villages in Tuscany. If (or when) we go back, we will definitely stay at La Moscadella again or one of Isabella’s other villas.

The pool area (the wooden structure )

It met the expectation of a Tuscan villa and then more because of all the gorgeous pieces of art, pieces of classic furniture and special touches in the decor. The food was superb. The service was welcoming and professional at the same time. The most lush garden with faint classic music playing through well concealed speakers that looked like rocks. Superb view.

As I said, it is perfect...

This was just the perfect stay in every way. Isabella was a fabulous hostess, incredibly charismatic with great taste and knowledgeable about the local area. As well as enjoying the beautiful property and all it has to offer (pasta making, olive oil tasting, massage....), La Moscadella provides top notch concierge services and we took advantage of the wine tasting and cheese tasting options recommended by Caterina, as well as restaurant recommendations. We also took on board their tips for visiting local towns like Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino. The hotel itself has an incredibly chic, but homely charm that reflects Tuscancy perfectly. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel and the team was so welcoming and helpful. They gave great recommendations for food, wine, and excursions and helped set up a truffle hunting experience in very short notice.

Isabella Experience is a truly luxury host in Tuscany. Everything is of superior quality: luxury swiss amenities in the room, complimentary prosecco, wine, sweets, water, snacks in abundance, and fresh flowers daily. The breakfast is fantastic: a wide variety of quality local foods and homemade dishes. Candlelight dinners in the garden are unforgettable. Isabella is a true expert in the area. Her recommendations about where to go, sightseeing, and restaurants were super good. We had one of the best vacations in Tuscany! And it was not my first time in Tuscany. But Isabella managed really to impress me, pampered and experience travel. Five-star hotels should learn from Isabella how to treat guests. Best experience ever! Highly recommended!

Beautiful setting, great views, very good restaurant, very clean, very nice rooms, wonderful welcome, always ready to give advice on what to do in the surroundings and think with you about what you want to do (and ok to include some rest at the beautiful property / the pool)

Returning home... :(

We had an amazing stay at La Moscadella. Especially the personal touch and service made it a wonderful experience. The hotel has a great location with stunning views in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The food and service in the restaurant was outstanding. Giancarlo (the chef) and Mara (breakfast) also prepared some delicious food for our 6 months old baby. Caterina (the maitre) gave very good advise on the menu and pairing wines and can make some delicious herbal teas from the garden. The whole experience was completed by the great tips from Isabella and Doriana. They have an extensive knowledge of the region, it's history, places and restaurants to visit. Every tip they gave us was so worth the visit.

This property is really great, clean and safe! What makes it amazing is the customer service and the attention to detail. From the breakfast to the dinner at the restaurant, the whole experience was top!

The only one thing which is negative are insects. If you are sensitive is better to be prepared with some repelent. You can be bite during breakfast and having fun on a swimming pool.

Location of the hotel is perfect or better than perfect. Breakfast looks fine, you have many choices and all looks fresh. Important is to join breakfast earlier in the morning to not to be surprised that something what you like is missing on the table. Rooms are perfectly prepared, very clean and furnitured with the taste. Complimentary minibar is the game changer. Also the offer of cosmetics which you can try during all stay is very attractive. Cleaning service is performing very well and all staff is quite and effective. Reception service is very professional. The Owner of the hotel is doing a very good job and the results are much over standard.
