I cannot fault the host or the property but if I really had to make a recommendation, it would maybe to do change towels more regularly.

Host was excellent..spent about 20/30mins with us when we arrived explaining different things on the map and had plenty of restaurant recommendations..you couldn't ask for better. When we realised we had forgotten all our travel adapters he let us borrow one no problem at all..this is a little gem away from the hussle and bustle but very close to everything at the same time. the steps at back of the property lead down to the Marina Grande...lovely little spot. we got to use the pool and sunbeds at the property too which is lovely and very relaxing environment.

No a/c in the room but the weather was perfect and cool enough at night that a/c wasn’t needed. We were there in the beginning of October.

The accommodation was pricey. However Sorrento itself is an expensive place to visit while the apartment could have slept up to 5 which would have lowered the cost.

The apartment we stayed in while a bit old-fashioned, was spacious and comfortable. The building was lovely and cool for the hot weather. It was nice to be able to use the swimming pool in the next door camp site, and it was a very nice pool. The location itself is excellent. It is close to the centre of Sorrento but at the same time, it is away from the noise and traffic of the main roads. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would recommend.

This is a unique and beautiful property that is close to town and easy to get to. The house we stayed in is over 1,200 years old. It felt like we stayed in a castle! The rooms were clean and comfortable and had a nice view of the water from the terrace. There are also gorgeous plants and fruit trees throughout La Neffola. We enjoyed the swimming pool after long days of sightseeing, and the restaurant was a great place to start each day with a pastry and cappuccino. On top of the wonderful amenities, the staff treated us like family. We will never forget the amazing service we received. La Neffola exceeded our expectations!

The property hosts are very good to deal with. Our room for the first 2 nights we found noisy, and on discussing with hosts we were immediately upgraded to a much larger room and and very quite.

A bit awkward to get to as off the main road you walk down a winding path, past campers/trailer park and then you arrive at the office.

Very clean and spacious unit. The person who checked us in was pleasant and very helpful. Beautiful grounds full of flowers and trees. Wished we stayed longer to enjoy this more. We checked out early but were allowed to store our luggage. We even got to keep the key to the gate for an easier and shorter exit to town which we returned when retrieving our luggage.

During a 4 night stay, the room was not cleaned once.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Piero for all his help! Spacious rooms with full kitchen. Bathroom functioned perfectly fine, but could use a makeover.

The grounds were beautiful with many flowers and fruit trees. The property was unique, being a 1600 century farm house, that was spacious and well updated. The property was safe with gates and was perfect walking distance to town and there was parking for cars, which is hard to find in Sorrento. There were a variety of places to stay on the property, a lovely pool, and access to the nearby fishing village and beach. The property owner was extremely helpful and pleasant. I can't say enough about this property and look forward to staying there again. I'd say it is one of the top places we've stayed.

It wasn’t clear from the description that the house is part of a campsite. That would have been fine but it meant a shared pool with loads of noisy splashing kids, no chance of a peaceful sunbathe or swim! Also the other people every day spread their towels on every sunbed, then disappear for hours or the day, so there was nowhere to sit by the pool. They should not be allowed to do this. New people turned up with no space to relax by the pool and lots of empty sun beds with only towels on them. The pool area was a bit grubby with not enough places to sit or lie. The pool water was quite dirty. We only went once in three days, it wasn’t that pleasant.

The room was surprisingly large, comfy and airy. Good air con, door to terrace, big bathroom too. Nice bed! Little fridge. Good location, just one long lovely street away from the heart of town. Nice outdoor area with fruit trees. Helpful staff with good local knowledge. Near to lovely swimming spots in the opposite direction of Sorrento , or easy to walk out for dinner in town. Nice stone building. Also it was walking distance to all the ferries- we went to Ischia thermal spa at Negombo- beautiful.

Sleeping arrangements were tight for a family of 4 (two of which where teenagers). Be good to have had a linen change. On-site shop / bar wasn’t always staffed but was good to have as an option.

Brilliant location - just a short walk to the beach and also to Sorrento’s high street, good space, excellent facilities with the pool. Excellent recommendations and introduction to Sorrento by Pierre. Great value for Sorrento.

Taxi dropped us off at the top of the hill where there was a sign for the hotel but the reception and entrance were at the bottom of the hill and we had to carry our luggage down the steps a fair distance.
