We knew there was a railway between the beach and the hotel but at night there were many freight trains.

Only a minor thing soundproofing in the hotel is not very good the train track is close but it did not detract from a really great holiday

Great little hotel very good food, great staff and great location in the centre town close to nice restaurants and bars. Very good value hotel in a lovely small town minutes from the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price. Take the local bus to Atri great view's on the way a really good half day trip.

The guy at the beach. He is just making this great experience with you so bad. You should replace him, but according to my friends in Abruzzo, all the guys there are making the experience bad… Manchevole as Google Translate tells me. Honestly, this guy is so poor but I will return as the rest is great

The stay here was great. Room with sea view was top. Staff was really cool, helpful and above all I could expect. All make your stay in Pineto a wonderful experience

Really friendly family-run hotel in a great location to enjoy Pineto’s stunning sandy beach, with free access to the hotel’s private beach with sun loungers/deckchairs. Delicious breakfast included in the price.

Nothing worth to mention.

The staff was amazing; they have done everything in their power for you to feel welcome and try to help you with every query you might have. The breakfast was rich and you have all the time in the world to enjoy it, which is extremely rare in Italy (usually a coffee and a croissant).

WiFi didn't work on the 4th floor and the flushing of the toilet on the first floor was not working properly. Scrambled egg for breakfast would've been a nice addition, but that's nitpicking.

Everything was great. Beach is right next and the personell was exceptionally helpful and nice. Breakfast was really nice and it was clean and the cleaning service did a great job.

Only suggestion would be to include a small beer as an alternative to wine at dinner. Older male attendant at beach service not particularly friendly or welcoming, maybe because I couldn't speak Italian

Lovely place to stay in Pineto, highly recommend. Always someone on the desk to welcome you, answer your questions. Room well insulated against noise from the trains. Little balcony with room to sit and somewhere to dry your clothes. Good value set price dinner in restaurant with efficient and friendly staff, especially young Christian. Good choices for breakfast.

This hotel is a good example of how little things can spoil a generally good impression. The worse of all was its staff's unequal and thus unfair treatment of guests. When we asked for a temporary reservation of a parking place, which was frequently done for others, it was refused for us and the man we spoke to about it was not polite.

Generally speaking this hotel is ok and makes sense in terms of location, free beach facilities , cleanness and value for money. Breakfast was quite good as for Italian standards but unfortunately fruit salad was not always fresh, the coffee machine sometimes refused to cooperate and the dining room staff were mostly focused on one another or on their smartphones.

We had to call personal many time to help. The freeser was warm. We could not open the door with the kee. Sheets and the blanket smeld bad. They where clean but something, which they use after washing - fabrik softener🤮
