Beautiful setting in the countryside with wonderful views across the hills. Great to have plenty of free parking and a really great breakfast. Was perfect for a one night stay before visiting Orvieto.

We had a good size balcony with an amazing view but I felt that it could use some plants and a table to make it more inviting.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing. There is a beautiful view from every window. We could see Orvieto on the hill from our balcony. We had dinner at the restaurant and were very pleased with the food and the service. The stuff speaks good english and is very knowledgeable about their products and surrounding area. This property makes good well priced Orvieto Classico and Bordeaux style reds.

We weren't sure how to get there when we arrived. We had a private tour in Orvietto. Our train was over 2 hours late coming from Rome. We had to check our luggage at the train station, take the furnicular up to the top, have our tour late and then ate dinner up top. When we returned to get our luggage at the station, there were no buses or taxis available. My phone had died and it was pouring rain. A nice young man in the store at the station allowed me to call this property, and they sent a taxi for us.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was wonderful.

The building we stayed in was a little bit of a strenuous walk from the main building. Maybe offering a golf cart would be an option?

The property and the town of Orvieto were the highlight of our trip to Italy. We had a Spa treatment which was excellent as well. We will be back.

Amazing place surrounded by the typical Umbrian landscape. Really nice staff. Facilities (including room) were clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. We got a brief olive oil tour, ending with a tasting. Good and generous breakfast. Parking availability very close to reception. Nice and complete gym. Beautiful pool area.

The room is a little small but it gets the job done. I would have liked if there was an outlet near at least one of the nightstands as well, but we managed to get by just fine using the one available outlet by the door.

The staff was fantastic and we loved the daily breakfast - it was always a fantastic way to start the day. We went to the restaurant for dinner one night as well and really enjoyed it even though we were jet lagged! The massages at the spa were also incredible! The views from the room were AMAZING.

We booked this hotel last minute. To our surprise it was excellent. Service impeccable, rooms and facilities super clean and modern. Bed and linens extra comfortable. Quality of toiletries excellent. Breakfast was scrumptious, variety of great quality food, and excellent service. We only stayed for 1 night, but we will be back.

The sheets on the bed were clean, new and beautiful, though felt a little "rough".

The staff welcomed us very friendly. The room was spacious, the bathroom good (great shower!) Breakfast was good also (I missed butter though). Beautiful view from the resort. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Service was very good, extremely welcoming and friendly.
