Hard to park. They offer an alternative in a city park, but it's a long walk when with the bags, missed some quick place to stop and land stuff to the hotel before finding park, the square is very confusing to be with a car, mainly at night, when we arrived. A 15-minute parking spot in the square to check-in and solve parking issues would be perfect.

Dependencies were nice and clean. A bit old, but seems like they are working on it. Location is very good, short walk to everything in Perugia. A little bit tricky to park but, once in hotel, everything ran fine. Breakfast is also very good.

The breakfast was inside the restaurant and the use of the outdoor tables was forbidden for hotel guests. Only restaurants clients could sit there, even though no such clients in the early morning.

Perfect location to explore the beauties of Perugia - in the heart of the Old city. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is very reactive when something goes wrong with room facilities. the wifi was free and ok.

A very elegant hotel in a good location in the historic part of Perugia. My room was spacious with top quality bedding. The bathroom was refurbished and a little quirky. I enjoyed the luxury of a deep bath. A simple Italian breakfast was served in the restaurant.

The standard of DINNER in dinning room was below average, so bad that I chose not to use the restaurant again.As I stated earlier most of the staff were civil and friendly ,one of reception staff especially ,who is very tall slim and bespectacled and needs to be commended for his attentive service. However there was another staff member at reception ( also with glasses )who was unhelpful and curt in manner, not something appealing to prospective customers . I would have taken his name but taxi was waiting and no time

The property was wonderful however we learned the hard way, make dinner reservations in advance. The restaurants were booked and we ended up eating pizza, but really good pizza.

The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was very helpful with suggestions and directions. The breakfast was a beautiful assortment and very tasty.

Room was spacious and beautiful with a tryptic window overlooking the courtyard. Staff was super, especially the restaurant waiter and MaItre D. The dinner was delicious and they created a Perugian special and original chocolate dessert for my wife.

The room I was in room 10 had very thin walls and could hear everything from room next door. Wasn't a big issue as other guests were quiet most of the time but could be issue if guest were noisy.
