This place was exceptional, from the greeting as we drove in, to the staff, as well as the surroundings! The owner greeted everyone with kindness and was very proud of his property, which showed in the immaculately kept grounds, attentive staff and excellent service! Regretted we only had one night here, just so tranquil and relaxing.

STUNNING, gorgeous, breathtaking Tuscany. Super friendly staff (shout out to Fiorella and the caring, professional owner who is clearly passionate about the natural perfection of his property - we saw him watering the flowers and doing lawn maintenance on a flowered manicured lawn straight out of a disney movie.) The surrounding grounds were a joy to stroll around and take in the vineyards and creek. The pool is like straight out of a Vogue photo shoot. It's really tough to take a bad photo of this property, truly. Everywhere the eye rests, it falls on beauty. Immaculately appointed furnishings and FANTASTIC breakfast with super sweet servers. So close to beautiful towns and countryside. Perfection.

Nothing! It was a bit of a drive to all the nearest old towns for sightseeing but nothing too cumbersome. It was better than we were hoping

The staff was exceptional and we felt taken care of at every turn. The property was peaceful and beautiful. Even when the pool area was full, it was quiet and tranquil. Our cottage apartment was perfect and just secluded enough. Food was fantastic when we did eat on premise. Grounds were well kept with gorgeous fruit trees and paths and a hidden playground

Close to the main highway. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is quite large, so you can walk and enjoy. Also, the dinner was great!

I especially liked the location and the quietness of the proprety. The staff is very friendly and they serve very good food. They have a very nice swimming pool and a nice view. We rented e-bikes and had a very nice trip with them to Chiancano and Sarteano.

there were families with kids who let them run around, keep jumping in the pool and screaming which made the chilling at the pool very difficult

The bed was a bit hard.

Beautiful place - the house, room, surroundings and the pool area! Great breakfast and very nice staff, helpful and gave us a private tour around the vinery even though we hadn’t booked it in advanced.

Not much! The wines were maybe a little pricey? There was also a grumpy staff member when we were late for breakfast the first day but everyone else and every other experience was perfect. And if you put the address of the booking.com reservation into Google Maps you’ll be taken to the wrong place so don’t make this mistake - just put in the name of the Agriturismo!

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed - ever. Highly recommend. From the beautiful luxury estate, delicious meals to the quality shower gels/shampoos, everything was incredibly thought out and perfect. Location is beautiful and perfect as well. It’s also so sweet how the owner of the estate would regularly check in with us at meals, etc. the reception staff also speak great English which is helpful. And the room service was so amazing as well. Highly satisfied and would 10000% recommend this place to our friends.

The room was quite hot as the AC is located behind window curtains and turns off when you leave the room. Also, anything extra (food, rentals) were a bit more expensive than expected, but I would still say they had good value for that money.

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and the restaurant serves wonderful locally sourced dinners each night with the selection of their own wines. Also, there's possibility to book e.g. wine tasting or e-bikes which was nice. Staff was very helpful and nice as well. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay in the Tuscany countryside!

The Air Conditioner did not work The owner did not believe me when I went to the office at night. We had to stay in a room with no Air Conditioning for 2 nights before they eventually moved us. We were not believed that the Air Conditioning was not working. From many different people coming and trying to fix the it. We had to spend a lot of time and effort to finally get to a room where the Air Conditioning worked The staff had no knowledge of how to fix it and the problem was ignored. It was very frustrating and we lost a lot of time dealing with the ineptitude of the many different staff members coming and going trying to figure out the problem. We should have been moved when the problem first emerged. The owner, a great Gentleman to know had the staff convinced that it was the windows open that was turning off the Air Conditioner. That was not the case at all and it was a horrible beginning of our stay there. After we were moved everything was so perfect, but; It is still upsetting that we were not believed about the situation with the Air Conditioner. We were staying there for a few more days and saw the Maintenance guy again at dinner and he said they still didn’t know what is wrong with the Air Conditioner. On day 2 someone actually took the time and walked into our room and realized immediately the heat we were experiencing. It was very upsetting to have felt like we were just making it all up It was very uncomfortable
