it’s a lovely, spacious flat. really comfortable, really clean. secure parking was a bonus. great location too and a nice range of breakfast. instructions were clear and we were met on arrival by the super friendly host. would happily stay again and recommend to anyone. we are a family of four.

The floors are cold, if you come in the winter, bring slippers!

Host Lorenzo was outstanding. He met us in checkin and was welcoming. The apartment is spacious and accommodates any needs. The kitchen is efficient if you wish to cook. Good shower, good bed, all comforts you need. Great location on the edge of Centro so you can walk anywhere. Some street noise during the day, but all quiet at night. If you bring a car, the private parking in the courtyard was excellent. Highly recommend!

I can't think of anything I did not like.

very nice location in walking distance to everything. Parking inside with a larger SUV (Mazda CX 60) was no problem. Very attentive host. High quality breakfast items supplied for free was a really nice and unexpected gesture. We stayed in the Appartment with two sleeping rooms and we had no problems with street noise at all.

Our stay at La Tintoria was excellent. The apartment is perfectly located in central Asti, which is a lovely little gem near Turin. Lorenzo is a great host and gave us perfect tips of restaurants and attractions in the city. He even booked a wonderful restaurant for us before we arrived at his apartment, as we could not book ourselves on route. Grazie mille!

The layout is a bit odd, with the bathroom down a hallway that was drafty in the cold winter.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, including a nice basket of snacks.

Amazing apartment, incredibly spacious in a modernised stables building, with stunning original features. Private secure parking. The host is friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about the local area of Asti. A variety of foods are included for breakfast. Close to the centre of Asti with plenty of good restaurants, bars, and places of interest. Incredible value for money.

I rarely bother with reviews but this place was superb. The location is excellent: at one end of the town with all the main attractions starting about 100m away and going all the way into town. The host (I didn't catch his name) was very friendly and the apartment stylish and comfortable.

We had a super apartment (called the loft for some reason). Well equipped, lots of space and very comfortable. Lorenzo was welcoming. The inner courtyard (also car parking area) was quiet and a relaxing place to sit.

Location, spacious and well equipped and all essentials provided - stayed in the Loft which is ground floor level and well decorated with a comfortable bed - friendly, knowledgable and very helpful host who was always available via WhatsApp for any advice- a lovely private and historic building with off road secure parking if needed

Very friendly host, very helpful - suggested us some restaurants (reservation is needed though!) and things to do in Asti. Apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed. Location is superb, 5 min walking to city center, groceries shops nearby. The property has secured parking spaces, entrance with the car is narrow but manageable. Great stay! Can only recommend.

Lorenza and his parents were there when we arrived and provided us with the keys and then Lorenzo showed us around the apartment. We had parking in the courtyard of the enclosed area so we had no worries about our car. It was a perfect location to see all of the attractions in Asti by foot. There was air-conditioning which was perfect for the late summer heat. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the bathroom was very large. The kitchen was perfectly organized and had all we needed to prepare food and sit on the private patio for a evening dinner. The home was very clean and comfortable. They had fruit, eggs and juice in the fridge as well as toasts and other goodies for breakfast. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment for a stay of any length in Asti. We hope to return next year for the Asti Palio in September 2023.

We were used to bigger breakfasts and there were no bakery shop around.

Very clean and spacious rooms with AC in every room. 5 star to the owner, helped us with proposals for places to see/restaurants etc. very helpful and nice person. The room was in the old part of town, lovely walk around there.
