Three main things. 1. Although we booked one week trip for our honeymoon, the location was a little too remote. We didn’t realise this until we arrived. 2. We purposefully didn’t hire a car as we wanted to be free from driving but instead we spent a lot of money on transfers which were very expensive and we found it difficult to arrange return journeys. Agreeing a pickup time in advance can be difficult. Perhaps a hotel shuttle service to nearby towns would be a possible option for guests without a car/ cannot drive. 3. We would have liked the option to have tea/coffee facilities in our room as this would have mad our stay more homely.

The Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were on the small side but very clean and well presented. The exterior and interior was luxurious. We especially liked the different musicians playing each night. The ambience was lovely and a perfect backdrop to our dinner. The staff always went and above and beyond and even gave us a bottle of fizz to celebrate our honeymoon. Thank you.

Nothing really. Everything was taken care of and I can't find a single thing that I would be dissatisfied with.

I loved it. We came with my parents to relax and enjoy sun and sea. We stayed for a week and everything just blew our expectations. The location was away from cities on a beautiful private beach and the are of the hotel was with grass, trees and rosemary bushes and flowers all around. All well taken care of. Pool was one of the best I ever seen, always clean and with enough sun beds for everyone. Restaurants in the hotel were good enough for a week and we didn't feel the need to go and eat out, but if you want to good restaurants are less than 20min drive from the hotel. The rooms were suprisingly more spacious than what appear on photos and super comfortable. The best thing overal was how we felt being welcome and taken care of, the staff were simply amazing. From the receptionists to cleaners, waiters and managers, all were helpful and very kind. Special thanks to Diego and his flambé banana that he prepared for us as a bonus. We'll remember this stay forever, thank you :)

We didn’t like that there was no mini bar, only an empty fridge. We had to order room service for drinks or snacks which we had to pay extra 5 euros for the drinks delivery. There is also 10 euros extra for food when you order room service. First time we see this kind of extra charges. Also keep in mind that there is no coffee machine in the room. For a five star hotel and mostly in Italy where they are famous for the coffee not to have one in the room was a little bit disappointing.

The staff was very nice, we had an amazing room with sea view and a very big terrace which definitely made the experience much nicer.

Be prepared to pay premium prices for drinks

Wonderful stay, super attentive staff, very relaxing and extremely luxurious! This place did not overpromise. Our stay was absolutely amazing and we would always come back.

A light in front of my room was annoying. But the staff switched it off for me. Flies during dinner were annoying.

No iron in room.

Beautiful location. Beach was stunning. We went late in the season so didn’t have any issue finding a sun bed by the pool or beach. No iron in room, that would be very helpful considering they have dress codes for dinner. Although we were informed shorts were not allowed at either restaurant, we saw a few people allowed to dine in shorts - which would have been nice to do in the more casual setting. Room was nice and spacious. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very little to dislike - the restaurants and pool bar feel slightly too expensive. Couldn’t really fault anything else.

The hotel was beautiful, peaceful and clean. The staff and service was brilliant and breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve had. The food in both restaurants is delicious, however both are expensive, especially the starters and cocktails.

Eveything was perfect.

Drinks at the pool bar were a touch expensive (but nonetheless delicious).

Extremely clean, everything in perfect order. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating - you had barely time to utter a wish before it was taken care of. Private beach and pool were amazing, spots are guaranteed and allocated by life guards so no need to worry or fight about them. Also excellent valet service.

We did think the drinks menu was expensive, in some ways to be expected at a 5 star hotel. However, the drinks seemed markedly overpriced.

The hotel is beautiful, set within stunning scenery. It’s spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were superb, so friendly and the little touches of wine in the room on arrival were so lovely. The food was exceptional.

There were some small ants that easily get into the room if you leave the balcony door open.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Very relaxing, intimate and beautiful. The food at the restaurants was also tasty. The staff were friendly and polite. There are so many stunning beaches near by as well to visit. I would recommend traveling here with a car if you don’t want to stay at the resort all day. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like the fact that we had to leave :)

It is a real pleasure to write this review. From the moment we set foot on the hotel property until we left, we felt so spoiled by everything and everyone. When we arrived they took care of our luggage and our car, they did the same when we left. They made us feel like we shouldn't have a care in the world. The pool and the beach were awesome, the water was great. It never felt crowded, although we were there in August (which for Italy it's the busiest time for holidays). The staff from the bar and the 2 restaurants were always making sure that we have everything we need. We couldn't have asked for more. Also if you're on the beach you can order drinks through whatsapp, how cool is that? :) We had breakfast every day, lunch a couple of times and dinner a couple of times as well and the food was really good and tasty. The people from the reception were also very kind, if there is anything that you need you can write them on whatsapp and they'll take care of it. The room and the whole surroundings were very clean and well taken care of. They clean the room twice per day. Everything was excellent and beyond our expectations. We definitely want to go there again. I think it's the best hotel I have ever stayed in. PS: they also have bicycles you can use if you want to explore the nearby area.
