I only would prefer more light in the room. Perhaps just one main lamp would do.

Everything was fine

We were very delayed on the day of our arrival and we were pleased that we could still check in. Thank you. We have enjoyed our stay and everything was great. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic.

Service at the bar. Hard to find staff during the day. I guess they don't have much staff during off season.

The location was fantastic. A 10 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was ok. I've had better at some of the other hotels I stayed in during my trip to Italy.

Some of the staff members were not friendly, one lady was even impolite. We were told that there were no possibilities to have dinner in the hotel restaurant as it was fully booked, we had to look for a restaurant in town, but we came back, we saw that there were tables we could sit at. So, we did it, the staff of the restaurant was really firendly and welcoming.

Good location between Florence and Pisa. Trainstation on walking distance. Easy to visit both cities by train. Great breakfast. Swimming pool. Parking area in front of the building.

Some of the staff didnt speak english what so ever.

The staff was very polite and nice, they really tried their best to make our stay as good as it could be. Even when they didnt speak english they went far to accomodate us.

The swimming pool is open to public mainly and it feels more like a club. Not a place to chill.

Hotel is quite old, our room had floor damages and view from the room was to parkinglot, didnt liked the loud music.

The nightclub above my room was probably the worst thing, and was not warned until I received a message the night before, conveniently when I could not get a refund. Whole room was shaking until early morning. Staff on the door when the nightclub was on were not even slight presentable. WiFi didn’t work until the last night. Breakfast was cold finger food.

The location was good. Property was well presented and everything in the room was great.

There were a lot od ants in our room even tho we kept the window doors closed all the time (we were on the groundfloor). Also, the breakfast could be better, it is always the same and very basic food.

Restaurant was closed. Didn't speak proper English. While the bar was closed, there were still parties in the disco on Friday-Sunday, with loud people in the middle of the night, outside in front of the rooms.

Room was spacious, breakfast was good. Free parking in front of the hotel.

Hotel has potential but on some way it didn't valued it. We missed a soul. Can't blame it on the girl behind the reception but there wasn't any staff at all. The restaurant wasn't open although not mentioned during the booking.

Could be cleaner. Breakfast very poor - f.e. slices of cheese in foile. Lot of fungus in the bathroom. Balcony - shared with others - looking at wall, nd rat traps and hearing big chiller which is also on that balciny/terrace

Asked for Champagne glasses to be placed in the room, they were not there, receptionist brought wine glasses too late.

We were there during a little party on saturday in which it got a bit noisy, but the hotel immidiatly changed our room and did everything within their reach to get us a quiter room. Thanks!

A very nice hotel with great hospitality and an amazing breakfast (don’t forget to ask for scrambled eggs). The pool is very nice (it could be a bit more crowded in the weekends, but the hotel always reserves beds for their guests!). The people who work there are really helpfull and kind in every possible way. The location is very good aswell (we drove to lucca, pisa and florence from here). It is nice to have a luxury hotel with a nice swimming pool & relaxed surroundings while still visiting the famous city’s nearby.

The hotel personnel is very kind and helpful, room was very tidy and elegant, swimming pool is one of the best we’ve visited so far! During breakfast if you want something like scrambled eggs you should just ask the waiter- it was never a problem. If you here with your own car that’s a good spot to travel around- Florence, Piza, even the sea are in a good distance. We’ve enjoyed our stay a lot and highly recommended it to others!

Room full of damages, cobweb behind radiator, door not safe/broken, worst breakfast I have ever seen (3 cakes, cheapest joghurt/cereals, bread/biscuit in plastic, jam, nothing else), staff has no idea of what they do, noone has a plan, unfriendly/not interested in being polite/friendly
