It was an old house in the old town so maybe some things might be explained by that. For one night there was nothing wrong 🙂

The bed and pillows were okay but could use an upgrade. During the day the room is quite dark, but if you’re out in the city it’s no problem of course :)

I had a cute little single room that had everything I needed. The room had tall inner heights which I really liked, made it feel more spacious. The nights were very quiet which I appreciate as a light sleeper. They brought you breakfast every morning to your room at your preferred time with nice coffee and warm croissant - I loved it! The staff were very nice!

The bathroom was small and made a lot of noise during the night. We stayed 5 days and they write that the towels and the bed will be changed in 3 days. Finally we received new towel one day before we leave, so practically we took shower with the same towels for 4 days. I think the rules should be more clear or change.

The staff was so gentle and calm, giving a feeling that you are in your house. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was nice, although we would like something more salty. They offer espresso or cappuccino in the breakfast, that makes a surprise for us.

The shower door was too narrow, it should be able to get a wider door.

The staff was very kind, friendly. Excellent position for going around the historical center. The bed was perfect and the pillows! Breakfast was nice, nothing spectacular, but brought to the room at the agreed time.

The noise from the pipes when I opened the taps; the lack of light on the stairs at night; and the hint of cigarette smoke in the lobby sometimes.

The room was cleaned every day and breakfast was delivered to the room every morning! The hosts were very kind and attentive. I stayed there for 5 nights and felt at home. The location was also very convenient.

The hotel staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. They helped us with the transfer from the airport and also to Via Grande. The location is superb and the breakfasts were fine and plenty.

Very willing host, responds quickly, gave us advice about way of transport to the airport. Speaks English (which is rare in Sicily). Nice accommodation in central location. Possible to pay by card for the stay (which us also quite rare according to our experience)

The bathroom was a little uncomfortable, as the toilet has little space around, but it is understandable as the building is old. And the door of bathroom is right near the door to the apartment, so you can't enter if the door of bathroom is open.

It is well situated in order to see city center, near a lot of restaurants, near a market shop. Our room was big and clean. The breakfast was italian (just sweet things) and served in the room. The service was great.

Lovely B and B. Super big room and very clean. Very near the main square and easy to walk to main sites. However it is up two flights of stairs with no lift, so a struggle with heavy luggage. But charming and helpful host and would definitely stay there again

Huge room on 2nd floor. No lift. Spotless. 10 minutes walk to Duomo and fish market. Very warm welcome.

This B&B is a little gem. The owner is very nice, the rooms spacious and clean and the location really convenient: around 10 minutes walk to Piazza Duomo and around 25 minutes walk to the central station. Mina serves breakfast to your room at time, which is most convenient to you. We had a lovely time in Catania and the stay at this B&B added a whole bunch to the great perception of the city.
