There were two separate beds that were not so comfortable. When we arrived we found in the fridge some drinks left after the previous customers.

There was a fridge in the room, they were cleaning the room every day. There was air conditioning in the room, and many warm blankets were available as well. The room wasn't cold, as other reviews said, we were using AC.

When we arrived the staff didn't acknowledge us for a bit, when they finally did the welcome wasn't exactly warm. The air conditioner control wasn't working great one night but we managed. The last night people were out partying below until midnight and it was pretty loud.

Location was great, didn't have to walk too far uphill with our luggage to get to our room. Could easily pop in and out to explore all the towns. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The stairwell at the entrance does not give a good impression(very run-down looking) or expectation, but once you are in the room, it's great. the stairs are very steep. As it's a long steep walk back to the parking building, assistance with our suitcases on departure would have been helpful in the heat.

The room was surprisingly stylish and well equipped for the price and in a fantastic location. The very friendly and efficient welcome and assistance with parking and getting our suitcases to our room was excellent. The room had very good soundproof windows, so it was quite quiet with the windows closed. Air conditioning worked well and we were given access to wifi, but I got a malware warning for it, so use at your own risk.

When I plugged in my charger all the lights in the room came on, I turned them off again. The shower was fine for me as I’m under 5ft5 .

I loved the location , the room was comfortable, clean and the staff were nice. one of them lifted my bag up 3 flights of stairs . There is a lot of stairs . The windows blocked out the noise from below so I slept . And only had to walk out the back stairs and within minutes I was at the pier or in the centre .

Bathroom is very run down. The sink has major clog, shower head water is weak, shower space is very tiny, shower doors don’t close property, wall and floor look dirty and old. There’s no front desk for check in and check out. Was told to check in at the bar next door.

For some, the walk up to the room could be too much. We walked up many steep stairs to the third floor. I'd recommend if you struggle with lots of stairs/walking, this is not the place for you.

Location is prime. I'd recommend everyone visiting Cinque Terre to stay in Riomaggiore. The best beach and La Zorza is right in the middle of it all. Close to the train station but far enough from noise. The bar downstairs is cute and the workers are fantastic.

The logs as roof ceiling were dirty full of dust. Due to that the place is very touristic you pay lot more than you should

Shower was extremely small and honestly hard to use, staff could have been more helpful when we asked about accessing our room to collect a forgotten item just minutes after checkout.

Location was fantastic, comfortable bed and bathroom, aircon was great, storage space, quiet and safe.

Reception staff were not approachable or willingly helpful. Could hear voices through walls to adjoining rooms. Steep stairs up to room but this is common for the location.

Room size was good and clean. Good air-conditioning. Location was convenient on main street and very easy walk to train station with minimal hill. Double glazed windows prevented noise intrusion into the room at night time from the main street.

The room was old, facilities were not great. The shower was leaking and the slats on the bed were broken.

Pipes were a bit clogged so draining the sink and shower took a while. Towels were very thin. The bed had a hole in the middle, felt like it was two single beds put together but I didn't check to be sure.

Room and bed were very big. The hotel offers parking at a cheaper price than the city park. The room was very clean and the decoration was pretty.

There was an exposed plug inside the shower which is most certainly a safety hazard and could be dangerous. That is the only real complaint

Amazing location, right on the Main Street, a few minutes walk from the station and a few steps from the sea. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Very comfortable bed. The noise from the bar underneath isn’t bad and clears out before midnight. Would only be a problem if you wanted to go to bed early/had small babies. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly.
