Not much. For a budget hotel, a wonderful experience!

As a budget hotel, of course I could nitpick; some nights were a bit loud, the facilities were not the best of the best - however, the location was incredible, the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly and even helped us out with a wonderful map! The stay felt very safe, which we felt was important in central Rome. The recommendations of the staff were amazing, cannot complain for a budget hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing really - Room and bathroom were on smaller side but we knew that when booking from other reviews so that was fine.

The location is brilliant. Short walk to the Colloseum and Forum. Plus we walked to Trevi fountain and Pantheon. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and close to restaurants and cafes /bars etc.

Location in the heart of Ancient Rome is the number one reason to stay here. Number 2 has to be the extremely helpful staff. Call me a taxi please— no problem. “For safety check the license plate,” I was told. Staff cared about my safety. The room was small but clean. This is a classic old hotel, but well cared for. I used my phone background noise APP to drown out the noisy bar patrons on the street. Breakfast was included across the street at a delightful coffee bar.

Location was excellent, beside the Collosseum and the Roman Forum. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Triple room had 3 single beds. Shower was hot and water pressure good. Kettle in the room.

Very loud area and makes it hard to sleep at nights. Can hear the noise from the streets all the time.

Location was within minutes of walking distance to main tourist attractions such as Colosseo, Palatino, and the Roman Forum. Many restaurants nearby too.

The room is a bit old fashion and simple, without luxury, but there is everything you need and it was quiet and confortable.

The location is the best of all and also people at the reception desk, they were very kind.

We only stayed for one night before leaving. The hotel is very central, litterally in front of the forum. It was very clean and the staff were very nice. We had the chance to store our backpacks before check in and also there was a member of the staff available during the night.

Hi, The location is really good. Nearby to everything you must see as a tourist and nearby many good cafes and restaurants. Then the best part about this hotel is the staff and the clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The reception is open 24/7 which is really good. The rooms were nice and very clean. And they clean every day. The only down part is that beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. But otherwise a lovely hotel that we will definitely visit again. Thanks hotel labelle for making our stay nice! Rand

Very good raport price/offer, location and personal. Because we came from country with much more offer rooms guality, seems to be low offer but real situation it is in capitals EU dimension room and facilities are very good at the same price. Recommend.

The door of the room was very thin and floppy, rock floor was a bit cold - flip flops will save you, small elevator for the stroller

No washcloth provided with linens, only towels. Also no tissues other than toilet paper. Sometimes quite noisy from both the street and hallway. A man was talking loudly on the phone in the hallway for at least an hour one evening and it could not be ignored due to the volume of their heated conversation.

Great location, just around the corner from the Colosseum and the Forum with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is located very centrally. It is a bit dated but the room is quite modern. The staff was extremely nice. The room had kettle, minifridge and comfortable bed.
