If your apartment is downstairs, noise from upstairs can be an issue as the ceilings are super thin and noise travels. The bathroom of our apartment needs a serious upgrade. The shower was way too tiny, hot water took ages and overall the bathroom wasn't great. That was the one downfall of the place.

The pool is huge and absolutely fantastic. The entire garden of the property is beautiful and peaceful, with stunning views and seating options everywhere. A little bakery car comes around every morning and sells fresh pastries and breads. The surrounding area offers beautiful walks.

Loved the location and the view. The terrace is beautiful, and we enjoyed our afternoon wine and snacks here each day. The owner was exceptionally helpful and offered suggestions regarding nearby day trips and vineyards. The owner called my rental car company and helped me organise some finer details in italian.

Awesome host who had welcomed us and during our stay was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful views from the property - just grab the coffee and enjoy every morning. Nice & fresh bakery delivery to the Villa. Clean rooms and the pool alongside with the garden area.

The hot water was just warm, never hot. No chopping board in the kitchen.

Swimming pool was gorgeous with plentiful sunbeds. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice and cool and the fan effective. Great location in the peace of the countryside with amazing views. Close to lots of attractions.

Our apartment was nice, but the view was on a parking lot next to the reception and everyone walked by, so we couldn't really use the table and chairs provided at the apartment. Also the cats were very territorial so it was harder to go out with a dog.

We liked the view from the shared terrace near the pool where we ate our meals and hung out. We liked the location very much, lots of paths to take our dog and we really liked the pool.

It was a very pleasant stay and we felt very welcomed! The host was incredibly friendly and gave us some good suggestions where to go. The location was great to visit vineyards around the corner and to explore Tuscany in its beauty. Especially the terrace with its stunning view was amazing! We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The only thing that I did not like was that some of the guests parked in an inconsiderate manner forcing me to block others in order to park in the only remaining spot. This could be alleviated with possibly numbering the concrete of the spaces and assigning parking spaces to each guest.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Room was perfect for my family of 5 (3 toddlers). The pool was wonderful and there are plenty of pool chairs to relax in. Next to the pool is an overlook patio, looking across vineyards down the hill and in the distance you see Acquaviva. The property has ample places for each apartment guest to find a table and relax in the shade. The owner is wonderful and very helpful with recommendations. Additionally, there is a local food truck that arrives out front each morning at 0900 with fresh bread for sale. There is a washing machine on the property with two areas of clothes lines to dry clothes if you need to wash them while you are there.

Very nice appartment! Very clean and spacious apartment. Nicely decorated. Very well equipped. It looks like it has been newly renovated recently. Owners are very kind. It was more than we expected.
