Sometimes a bit noisy at night but it did not detract from our stay. Ear plugs were provided but we didn’t need them.

Lisa is a wonderful host. So accommodating and helpful. Loved having the garden to just chill out at the end of the day or a cuppa in the morning. Location was good easy access to cafes, shops, restaurants and beds so comfy. We had everything we needed in the apartment including dishwasher and washing machine.

This is a great place to stay, in a really central location. 15 minute walk to the leaning tower and 10 minute walk to the train station. The courtyard is beautiful and a lovely place to relax, the room spotless and has great shared facilities. Lisa is an excellent host and really helpful. We only stayed one night in Pisa, as we just considered it a stopover, but it has much more to offer than just the leaning tower. It’s a great town to just wander around the side streets taking it all in, with an incredible variety of restaurants, cafes and bars. We ate at primo, great pasta dishes and great value, and Bottega del gelato is well worth the queue for the pistachio ice cream. Definitely will visit Pisa again and would definitely look to stay at La Corte Di Lisa again.

Place had a dreat location it was on half of the way from central train station to Leaning tower. The host was really kind and welcoming. Even though she wasn't there when we arrived, she made sure we're set. The place wasn't new, but it was spotlessly clean.

The room was very comfortable and the courtyard area was a lovely place to relax in! We got vouchers for a free breakfast at the local cafe which serve super yummy pastries.

Our main floor room (2) window looked out to a busy street which we understood to be pedestrian only, but many scooters and cars passed by from early morning to well into the night. Outside conversations entered our room easily, even with the window closed. “Breakfast” was Italian style: pastry and coffee (very good). The room was smaller than we expected.

Lisa was very communicative. It was a reasonable walk to major sites in Pisa. The communal kitchen had apples and water available, along with coffee/tea stuff.

Noise from outside but it was a Saturday night and the host did provide disposable earplugs which were perfect and the noise did not go on too late. We would have probably been out enjoying the lovely piazza if my partner had not been feeling unwell at the time

Really comfortable bed, clean bathroom perfect for us. Amenities like toothbrush and paste and other usual toiletries included. Small shared reception area with coffee machine and extra nice touches. Check in was super easy and the building had a green area inside the walls with sun loungers which could have been used for a longer stay

Great location for central Pisa, comfortable bed, nice shared kitchen area with some cooking facilities, clean, pretty courtyard with lots of seating. The bedroom has maid service each day and we got clean towels every day.

The room was clean and comfortable. The well stocked, shared kitchen and seating area was a real bonus as was the lovely courtyard area with plenty of seating outside. It is a short walk from the train station and the popular sights are all within a comfortable walking distance. This was a great location for our one night stay to visit sights and to access Pisa airport. It is situated in a lively, buzzy area.

Our ground floor room was extremely stuffy unless we left the French door into the garden open and then we had other guests walking by and also it felt unsafe over night to have the door ajar. The bathroom smelled like mildew and had mildew spots on the ceiling. Also there was a lot of loud echoing noise when the other room doors were opened or the gate was opened.

Close enough to walk to train station and the leaning tower. Nice large bed. Excellent hot water and good pressure in the shower. Also we liked the coffee machine and snacks and the garden.

When you are in the center you should expect a little bit of noise - especially on weekends. With the ear plugs provided and white noise provided by our smart phone, we slept like a baby.

Location. Also Lisa provided little amenities that were wonderful - including ear plugs. Lisa was super responsive to any questions.

I thought the place was closer to the airport based on the online search that yielded this place.

I liked the quiet courtyard but because we were only there for a night, we didn't get to take advantage of it.
