Angela's place was perfect for my 3-night stay in Rome. The flat was charming and impeccably clean, with a well-equipped kitchen for breakfast. The location was fantastic - close to the bus station and within walking distance of the city center. I highly recommend Lady D Bed & Breakfast to anyone visiting Rome!

We were welcomed by the landlady. Angela is a very nice, positive and hospitable girl. The apartment was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable. Nice stylish bathroom. Big enough terrace. The entrance to the house and the yard are also clean. Angela also gave us very useful information about where to eat and how to get to the centre. Highly recommend .

The only thing that was a bit uncomofrtable was the water heat and water pressure in the shower. We had to take cold showers, as there was a problem with warm/hot water. Angela was ready to call a plumber though, and that we really appreciated. The cars can be quite loud during the night, so we recommend earplugs. :)

Angela was super nice host. She tried her best to make us feel like home. The apartment was beautiful, clean, smelled really nice, everything was tidy. We had plenty of choices for breakfasts (ham, cheese, eggs, bratwursts, bread, cornflakes, biscuits, jams, juice, jam, coffee, tea..) you can even take some little snacks for the day. Overall, this was an amazing stay.

Beautiful and cozy apartament, we had a great time during our stay. Angela is so friendly and she helped us with any requests. She also gave us some suggestions for restaurants, public transport and places to visit. Breakfast was good. We had many options, including snacks, water, coffe and juice. In addition to all of this, Angela asked if we needed anything else specifically and offered to buy it for us. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay.

For somebody can be problem the locality.. bit far from city center, for us it was a benefit.. Good for some good italian food outside, not that expensive and noisy like city center.. but connection to center is good...

You get all what you want for breakfast, just dont be shy to text the owner. Nice clean space, good helpfull owner..

Lokacion is exellent, closed to the bus and train staitions. The owner is kind and helpful. The place is absolutely clean. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The breakfast is satisfying, and correct. I would recommend it to my friends, and stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The room was spacious, Angela was incredibly kind, providing helpful information and a warm welcome. Excellent nearby restaurants with great reviews and convenient public transportation (if you prefer not to stroll through the streets of Rome – we opted for both). Impeccable cleanliness, a more than sufficient breakfast, and a great sense of privacy. We couldn't have found a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

everything was perfect! Colorful, bright and shaming apartment. The host in super nice and friendly and she welcomes you to the house with a big smile and she helps you with anything you need . good breakfast with different variety of food,available at any time you wake up. My room had a private toilet and it had all the facilities for a comfortable staying (confy bed, smart tv, airconditionair, shower bath, different soups,etc) The balcony also is a a nice thing to have in Rome to relax and chil with a coffee or or tea. location is quite good as it's close to Termini station (main station in Rome) and also many buses and tram available to easily reach the downtown .I really enjoyed my staying and I would definately come back.

Very beautiful apartment in a good location to reach the city center. Vivid area with an intense night life, good for young people and young travellers. A good breakfast with a great variety of food is served in the morning at any time you wake up. Angela is nice and helpful during the staying, available on whats up at any time. I recommend this place to stay in Rome.

Everything was great! Perfect location 10 min tram from Colosseum and city center, the aerea around is full of restaurants, coffes and 24h hours supermarkets, as well as traditional pizzerias. The host is helpful and she asks what you need for breakfast and she buys it, whatever you ask. The flat is very clean and the rooms are bright and beautiful. I advise this place.

Everything was great

Very nice apartment in a great location, 10 min walking from Termini Central Station in San Lorenzo neighborhood. Big rooms equippeded with all you need. Soups and shower baths available. The bed sheets and the blankets are all with beautiful colours with flowers or batterflies that makes up a nice athmosphere. It seems to be in a fairy tale. In the room there is a small of flower teen spirits due to the aromas spread around. Angela, the owener of the place, is a very friendly and kind person. She asked me what I wanted for the breakfast and she went to buy what I asked. There are many things to eat for free included in the price. If I can I will come back to this place for sure.

The elephant in the room here is the amount of noise from the highways and tram outside. If you are a light sleeper like myself, this accommodation is not for you. I highly recommend earplugs. I had significant sleeping problems, but I recognize that this is a great accommodation for those who don't have a problem with that. Lastly, it took a while before the shower water was warm.

Angela and her mom were very nice and welcoming. Angela does a lot to keep her guests happy and organises the accommodation very well. The apartment is very comfortable and modern and feels like a home. The breakfast and bathroom were nice as well and there was a nice balcony.

The lovely lady who welcomed us had limited english but we had great communication with her daughter Angela on Whatsapp which made life really easy. Angela helped us out with any request that we asked her, even the silly ones! 😂 Thanks again for making our lives a little less stressful.

The hot water takes a long while to come through so turn the tap on in advance. It is in a lively area of town with bars and clubs so maybe some ear plugs would be useful!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and very clean. Angela is a great host and welcomed us with a drink and useful information. She was always available to help. Breakfast was fine but fresh bread or pastries would have been even better. The area and security felt safe.

I wouldn't mind having a better breakfast (add some veggies and eggs). Some will think the place is a bit loud because it is close to the tram and highway, but after a full day of exploring Rome we slept dead well. Sometimes it took a long time waiting for the hot water.
