The arrival was rather smooth - a person was waiting for our arrival to show us the apartment and give the keys. The location is really convenient, next to the train station and in the calm part of the city. 2 bathrooms options is great and Fabiano was very helpful, answering our questions and finding a luggage storage solution for couple of hours :)

The towels are really uncomfortable. The door for the 1st floor bathroom was not working well and locked me out accidentally during the night.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable. Perhaps not ideal for baby and toddler due to stairs - no stair gate, and no high chair. But we were aware of this at the time of booking. Would return to this apartment if back in Venice!

Great location, close to the bus/train station but in a very quiet secluded area. Close to a park for our children which was helpful. Good size apartment. Loved the patio and being able to wash/dry our clothes!

The upstairs door dragged on the floor leaving marks and squeeked loudly. The extra beds upstairs was not very comfortable.

The location close to the trainstation and on a quiet street. A good kitchen. Very nice with two bathrooms. Nice eating area. Nice to have a proper entrance. Eduardo was super helpful and friendly when we checked in. And easy communication with the hotel via WhatsApp.

Very comfortable appt just as shown in the pictures. Easy walk from the station, quiet location just around the corner from the bustle. A wonderful family stay in Venice.

Second floor beds were too near the ceiling. If you’re not too careful, you could hit your head. Other than that, the apartment was okay.

I love the fact that the property was a few min walk away from the train station. For those bringing heavy luggages, there is a second bridge with a ramp which would make crossing to the apartment easier.

The location is perfect! Ms. Chiara was attentive and very kind in guiding us on how to get around Venice, as well as all the facilities of the apartment. The apartment is ideal for short or long stays and has all the necessary elements for cooking, sleeping, etc. Ideal for families. Clean and quiet all the time. I will definitely choose it again when I return to Venice.

It is very easy to reach owner by phone. He is very nice to answer our questions. Although we were required to check out at 10am, He allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment, we then go back to take our luggage at 12:30. Very good location. It is very closed to train station. It is very close to boat stop near train station. the boat trip to St, Mark and then back to Train station is very pleasant.

The crockery was of a poor quality (no plates and only one cereal bowl) which made breakfast awkward. The third bed in the bedroom was a fold up bed, not a proper bed. With a few tweaks, this place could be fantastic.

Fabiano was very friendly and helpful with some great tips for places to visit. The apartment was in a great location for the station and away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. It was a 25 minute walk to St Mark’s square. It was handy having two bathrooms and a washing machine, and the windows had blackout blinds.

The apartment was a 7-to-10-minutes-walk from the Sta. Lucia Railway station. It is perfectly situated because on the one hand it was silent during day and night (although we were there at the weekend), on the other hand after some minutes we were at the Canale Grande in the middle of the "action". The key delivery was totaly uncomplicated, Fabiano was really friendly and helpful and always answered in short time.
