Absolutely gorgeous apartment with a view that words cannot describe. Very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Location spot on just around the corner from Como Lago station and the bus stand. Carrefour grocery store within 2 minute walk. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around and the ferry is under a 10 minute walk. Pietro and wife Roberta were absolutely fantastic hosts and very kind and helpful. Thank you

No kettle had to boil in the job for hot water but just a personal preference everything else was fab!

Location of the property is perfect! Easy walk to all bars and restaurants. Located right on the lake. Train station is literally 2 minutes it’s perfect Just kept in communication on arrival day which was great! Lots of information on local attractions left

The location was perfect, right by the lake, very close to the old city without being noisy. The host accomodated our wish for an early check-in, he was very friendly and everything went well. The apartment is modern and has everything you need. Plus, the view was beautiful!

Penthouse on top of Lake Como Great host Pietro very friendly and funny very helpful with any directions or recommendations. Even the next day. Let us stay an hour later. Hope to return.

Fantastic location! Hosts meet us at the property and helped us with our luggage and showed us around the apartment. Everything was just perfect!

Everything was superb! Pietro met us at the apartment. He was very welcoming and gave a couple of good advice. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony is just stunning! I’d stay there forever :) It takes less than a minute to get to the train station, city centre, funicular and a supermarket. Also there are quite a lot of nice restaurants around. So I’d highly recommend this place to stay in Como :)

The location is the best possible location in the city. The views from the patio are better than the pictures. The restaurants and boat rentals nearby were magnificent. The apartment is very spacious, especially the bathroom and bedroom. The Air Conditioning is the best in Europe. And they are very friendly helping you check in.

Tiny shower. TV was in a strange location - although we didn't use it. Might be difficult to cook a full meal in the kitchen - but so many cafes nearby there is no real need to.

Close to Como Lago train station. Excellent location, close to the lake, supermarket, funicular, ferries and cafes - without being too noisy. Small lift for luggage. Great little balcony with a view of the lake. Pietro was a friendly and helpful host. Efficient and quiet air-conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay here.

It can be a bit noisy in the evening/night if you leave the door open. The kitchen could do with a proper kitchen knife although not a major problem.
