The no TV-policy is not really for me. It can be loud due to the central location and all the motorbikes.

I could not fault anything

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and heritage but with all the modern touches. The location is amazing right off the main square of Panzano with a bar across the street that plays music filling the square with a fantastic atmosphere. The pool, rooms and terrace have stunning outlooks across the valley.

The communal areas lack atmosphere and character

Good location (in the heart of Panzano), really nice pool/ outside areas in a relaxing environment. Our room was specious with nice views. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was great.

Lovely room on the upper floor of a charming boutique hotel in Panzano in Chianti. The location is just off the main village square containing a few restaurants and shops, and from where you can take the bus. The breakfast was excellent and views from the property were outstanding.

They had everything you basically are looking for. Rooms are big enough. Breakfast was really good and they made additions to what you personally like. Location was right in the center of Pandazo and had a parking very close by. They had a great swimming pool with great views. I swam in the middle October and it was considerably cold. Still enjoyed it.

It was a beautiful property with lots of room for my toddler to run around. The veranda even had a rocking horse. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms was spacious and the staff were wonderful.

Nothing. Perfect stay.

Everything. This is a beautiful property.If you are thinking about booking this place, just do it. Our sat nav got us sooo lost, and by the time we arrived, we just needed to chill. No better place, it's lovely. Spacious, clean rooms, stunning property & georgous pool and terrace areas. We ate at a restaurant right near the hotel entrance, which was exceptional. Highly rate the breakfast as well.

Quite steep stairs to the room.

The hotel was easy to find with free public parking close by. A key attraction was the terrace with sweeping views over the Chianti valley.

I won't give it a 9 because of these 2 things but please consider 1. Adding some vegetables to the breakfast, a bit more bread and maybe a 2 egg omelette instead of just 1 egg 2. Give 2 extra pillows to every room, my fiancé and I are used to sleeping with extra pillows as it helps us fall asleep better. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable because it was made out of two mattresses.

The staff, the pool were amazing and the room was clean. We felt really relaxed after staying for 2 nights here and it's definitely a great place to stay if you're Chianti. The free parking is a plus. Also they gave us complementary water and a bottle of wine made in-house.

Tiny things could be improved: a few more hooks (there was no long hanging, no hooks on backs of doors, limited places to hang damp towels when you have 2 bath & 2 pool towels). The bathroom was a bit tired & the shower pressure wasn't fantastic but perhaps that's just local water pressure

Clean and beautiful property. Walking distance from the restaurants and staff was very nice and helpful in accommodating transportation for our large family.

Breakfast could have been a buffet as we had to wait a bit to get our trays and some food was wasted.

This is a stunning hotel made special by the gorgeous outdoor spaces surrounding it. From the breakfast terraces to the pool, it was a peaceful retreat with great views over the Tuscan countryside.

Stunning hotel in the Chianti region. The pool was the most beautiful I’ve ever seen, with the smell of the lavender and rosemary growing round the edge. Tasty breakfast on the terrace with the view over the hills. The hotel was very stylish, but in keeping with the old building. Friendly and helpful staff.
