We had the new suites and they are great but have some small start issues (1 soap, 1 trashcan, heating to warm) but this is really something very small.

Lovely little family run hotel, indeed very charming and cosy. Our days started with a nice breakfast spread in the restaurant. They also provide a complimentary bus pass that can be used to get around Val Gardena in case you don't have a car. After each long day spent hiking, it was nice to have access to the spa, sauna and indoor swimming pool to end our days on a relaxing note and relax our muscles.

Deluxe room was confortable and spacious. Facilities were awesome : pool, 5 types of saunas/hammam Delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and locals specialities. The staff is really really kind, they even offered a nice aperitivo. Possibility to charge our electrical car on their parking was really helpful.

The breakfast was truly exceptional, I have never seen such a wonderful selection. So many choices and more offered in addition to be cooked to order. The spa was also fantastic, what a great place to relax after a days hiking. The spa offered fresh chilled water and snacks. The drinks also came with bar snacks - you will most certainly be impressed with the food and drink options here! We enjoyed everything about our stay here, the staff were very helpful with local knowledge and transport links & the hotel was very relaxing.

I cannot fault anything.

I was sitting in London looking on booking.com for hotels, and I’ll admit that when I came across the Laurin I knew it met the brief (swimming pool, electric car charging, good location) but the cynic in me thought “Small and Charming” sounded a bit naff. Maybe it works better in German, I thought. Or Italian. How wrong I was! The hotel is charming; really charming. And family run and quite small. Also the breakfasts are excellent.

The rooms don't have air conditioning, but even in the summer, I was able to get a comfortable temperature using the large windows in the room.

Our room was great - large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. There were made to order eggs and hot drinks in addition to a extravagant buffet that even included candy. The real highlight was was the staff who used my name from the moment I arrived on site, and did everything they could to ensure an amazing stay for me.

Only minor suggestion could be a bit more of proactiveness from the staff in offering recommendations about trails, restaurants, activities etc.

Amazing breakfast with lots of fresh and high-quality products. Large spa with pool, several saunas and indoor/outdoor relaxing areas. Perfect location in the heart of Selva, close to all the main points of interest. Kind and welcoming staff, the Giorgi family made us feel at home.

Very good location , quiet and lovely neighborhood. The hotel in near to the cabelcars stations where you can find many hiking trails . The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very polite, friendly , helpful and professionals . The breakfast was excellent (all fresh ) and very good coffee. The hotel is also beautifully decorated . Deiffinately recommended.
