The broken sink plug. When complained about, the solution was just to remove the plug from the sink but leave it on the side of the sink? Somewhat bizarre.

Rooms 1 and 2 are close to reception and other hotel users coming and going could be heard quite clearly meaning sleep was difficult at times especially when they talk to the reception desk.

We got a twin bed room, even if we paid for a double standard room with a queen bed. There was a lot of loud nose from the breakfast room. A lot of loud ukrainians, nobody couldn't stop them from disturbing the entire floor even at 10pm.

No mini-bar, triple room had no window (well there is one but it opens up to a small space that is closed by 4 walls and has bird droppings outside + the stench). no wifi in room. If you're lucky, you may be able to get the one from Best Western nearby.

located near to Roma Termini. Would be good for those needing a functional no-frills room just for a night (and really a night), check-in is fuss-free, breakfast is ok (ok spread - has hams, bread, cornettos, some spread & juices). Don't expect a restaurant or any sit-down meal, it's just breakfast.

The room was dirty when we arrived at the hotel. We arrived at the middle of the night. There were dirty towels on the bed. One of us also got bedbug’s bites.

the room was about 80 square feet. and down a few steps. as an older, single visitor, it was a bit troublesome. on the ground floor, there was very little natural light.

Our reservation was for two room with twin beds, for four adults who wanted separate beds. We had a difficult time getting twin beds and told "Students" had the twin beds. I booked in January 2022 and insisted my choice of being first. Eventually, they found us twin beds. Also, I should have paid closer attention to the location. It was close to the bus and train terminal but none of the must see sites in Rome. Walking to the Pantheon would have been far and from a traffic situation unsafe.

The Breakfast was outstanding and staff pleasant and polite. The rooms were very clean.

I found Raeli Hotel Lazio (where I was booked) in a dark courtyard, but clearly closed, with no response to the bell, but with an unobtrusive sign on the door telling visitors that it was closed, and that they should go to Hotel Siracusa at 50 Via Marsala to find out where they would be staying. This was disconcerting, perhaps especially at around midnight. It would be better to have been sent an email notification with a link to a map. Only one of the sockets took the adapter; one socket was very loose. Clothes hangers with bars for trousers were provided on request the next morning.

The location was good for my arrival, and convenient for my visit. The bathroom linen was good. The coffee machine was good, and the coffee too.

Building and furniture old, needs a upgrade. Rooms were not cleaned and toiletries like most important item - toilet paper not replenished.
