You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This is a family hotel and the dedication of owners is exceptional. There were no issues during our stay all was perfect. Bed and pillow were out of this planet. Wee before I was in France and couldn't sleep there because of the bed but here it is a totally different story.Just two words TOTAL COMFORT.

United KingdomLots of children running around in the bar up until at least 10pm. It discouraged us from using the hotel bar. The noise travelled up the stairwell. Parents with young children should use the games room or be encouraged to keep under control. Otherwise facilities and hotel were very good. It was a shame this detracted from a great stay.
Location and staff excellent. Made our group a small takeaway breakfast for our transfer and got up at 04.30 to make us coffee. Very much appreciated thank you.

SloveniaFood was below the italian level, regardin quality and variety. Location is not tne best if you like to start your skiing day at 8.30, when the most of desirable lifts are opened. The free bus was mostly full, not allowing to enter; walking to Carosello 3000 took 15 to 20 minuets in ski boots. In the wellnes are there was a baby, screeming and without dipers in the jakuzzi. Belloe my balcony people smoked and I could get a smell of cigarets.

Super Mauro, the owner couldn’t have been a better host and really goes out of his way to ensure guests are welcomed and looked after, he runs a clean modern establishment with underground carpark, locked separate bicycle room, tools, bike washing facilities.. Large jacuzzi, steam room, laundry service, bar, dining area.
