Our stay could not have been better. The boutique style appartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. Lots of space and high ceelings! Luxury bed! Big size! Anything you can imagine is there! A five star hotel cannot beat this place! Great shower. Excellent functioning airco for the hot days. We received great tips for bakery, restaurants etc. We will definitely return!

A beautiful apartment, well considered and finished to the highest standard. The location is perfect, so central, ideal for exploring Catania. The host is super helpful, communication was great from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay here again if we ever return.

Great place to stay! Good communication, very chic interior and excellent location. I arrived late at night and didn't book well in advance but still the host managed to prepare everything necessary upon arrival! The Apartment (No.2) was way too big for me as a solo traveller but I'd imagine the size would be absolutely perfect if you are a couple and I didn't mind spoiling myself a little :-} First of all: Everything was spotless, all appliances and the WiFi worked well and there were a lot of free amenities like espresso, biscuits, fruit and sodas. The open kitchen/living room was very spacious with a central round table, a sofa, a TV and access to a main balcony and smaller, french-style balcony. The bed-and bathroom are in the next room and are very well designed. The bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, a second TV, another french-style balcony and a large closet. The bathroom has a large sink, a bidet and a walk-in shower with a large, fixed shower head and a smaller, hand-held shower piece. The shower also features a cheeky window looking towards the bed (which can be closed via some blinds 😉). Loved the subtle room scent and the lighting concept especially behind the bed! Great touch! The Apartments are located on the first floor of a renovated Palazzo right next to the Piazza Stesicoro in the centre of town. Via Santa Filomena with a bunch of nice bars and restaurants is literally around the corner. If you need some suggestions just text the host, her recommendations were spot on!

The mattress could have a been a bit more supportive or thicker but it was not a major issue. We still slept well during our stay.

Our suite at Le Dimore del Toscano was spectacular. The bedroom, living area and kitchenette were very spacious and comfortable. We didn't end up cooking but did enjoy having a coffee machine and ability to boil water for tea. (bonus points for the fruit and snacks provided, thanks!!) The bedroom was stylish and well furnished and we loved the sheets and pillows, so luxe and comfortable! Bonus: the shower had great pressure and they provided plenty of shampoo, etc. and a hair dryer. We absolutely loved our stay and are looking forward to staying at Le Dimore del Toscano the next time we're in Catania.

Staying in this property completed our vacation to make it perfect. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We were arriving to Catania before the normal check in time, but the host was generous enough to let us check in a few hours early, and the same happened in our check out time. The property is at a great location. Make sure to arrange for a parking space with the host before your arrival if you will have a car during your stay. The host made recommendations for 2 great nearby restaurants which served amazing food. Overall the property was clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again, and I am recommending it to all my friends.

Everything was perfect

The stay was more wonderful than we expected. The host of the facility, Antonella, charmed us with her hospitality. The apartment itself is freshly renovated, fragrant, modern, beautiful, with attention to details, but respecting the historic character of the building. The apartment has everything you expect from a premium facility. Towels, bedding and cosmetics are of very good quality. Antonella also treated us to snacks and drinks, something we didn't even expect. There is a coffee machine and a sufficient supply of coffee. The location is very good - a short walk separates you from all the most interesting monuments of Catania. Lots of good restaurants and cafes around. There are bus stops to the airport nearby. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

The accommodation is slightly on the darker side as there is no direct sun exposure and the living room is not perfectly soundproof, but nothing major.

The host Antonella was exceptional - super nice, going out of her way to ensure we had the best possible stay. She was super responsive and very helpful with everything! Best possible host!

It is located right in the middle of the city, where all the shops and restaurants are located. Very big rooms and with all the facilities, even some extra snacks for the kids. The host was amazing and very supportive. Highly recommend!

The apartment is new, nicely decorated with two charming balconies. The location is perfect as it is situated in the small alley right next to the Catania’s main street. Antonella, the owner, is extremely hospitable and kind. In all, a wonderful experience that we would recommend to everyone.

Everything was splendid. It’s an old palace, beautifully renovated. Idyllic italian balconies, all the italian flair you could imagine. The interiors very modern and high quality. Good coffee, all amenities you could think of, drinks and snacks. We highly recommend. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Shower floods into bathroom as water does not drain fast enough

Very spacious and in a good location to explore catania and perfect for tour pick ups for Etna. Airport bus stops very close to property. Property was immaculate.
