Breakfast service slow and erratic - mainly the coffee service. Staff seemed to prioritise clearing tables over serving coffee, even when the peak time had passed. Had expected the pool to be "swimmable" but too small. Room over heated and had to keep heating switched off and window open but room was at the front by the road and adjacent to the service yard and so had road noise and woken at 5am by bin men.

The food was excellent; great quality and variety. Location great for ski lift. Had a disappointing spa experience but the management couldn't have done more to redress this. We enjoyed the downstairs bar lounge.

The booking system on the spa could improve, to allow people book their time no longer than 24h before the desired time (by Wednesday morning the spa was fully booked for the remaining of the week). The spa allow children outside or the time described on their use guide.

The housekeeping was awful, there were dirty bottle tops in my room when I arrived. My room was not cleaned at all, the sink was dirty when I came back the bed had barely been made, the bin was not emptied and the it was as if one had been into the room.

The reception staff were amazing, they went above and beyond. So kind and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Likewise restaurant staff - super helpful and kind.

For a five star hotel we would expect a higher standard in the customer service. In the breakfast, orange juice was extra. We had a salad at the bar that was not fresh and we had to return it. Last day, my friend was ill and we asked for a late check out and they did not even try to help us out.

Perfect location for skiers, right in front of Courmayeur gondola. They also have a lodge right on the slopes with lockers for your skis, which is absolutely great!

Spa can be improved. I didn’t like you had to book a slot to use the spa and in the evening was super crowded. Rooms are okay, we had some problem with the heating of the room due to it was not working.

The dinner included in half board wasn’t worth it, I would prefer to pay for the regular menu. The bar staff were not very attentive but always polite and delivered nice drinks.

Location & Reception staff were great. Giorgia was extremely helpful at handling our requests and arranging transfers with short notice. The entire reception team were very welcoming. The Hotel looks great, rooms and communal areas.

We had to make reservations to use the pool but it was overcrowded and it was unpleasant.

It felt a bit over priced for what we got. The biggest issue was lack of air conditioning. I guess I had assumed that a 5 star hotel would have it, although I appreciate that many alpine properties do not. But just beware - on a hot August night the best bedding in the world is not going to make up for the fact that you have to sleep on the balcony to get cool!

Location, friendly staff, good view, reasonable breakfast included. The receptionists made a great effort to help us find a nice walk.

Staffs are fantastic. Friendly and professional. Room is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. It has a nice balcony with mountain view. Enjoyed the spa. Good breakfast buffet selection. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was a reasonable size but could do with more cupboards to put things away.

Superb position close to the lifts and with ski storage up the mountain at the Lodge. Very comfortable beds and excellent buffet breakfast.

a5* hotel shouldn’t charge guests to use its spa. we paid for 5* this should be included. would’ve liked a bath in the bathroom not just a shower

The half board isn’t worth doing as not enough choice in the evenings food wise at hotel plus there are plenty of really lovely restaurants in town. The rooms share also on the smaller side for a 5 star hotel and quite expensive! The spa and gym areas are small and not worth paying for either, it should come as part of your room package - however the cold tub in the back was also a nice touch!

Bed and pillows super comfy and beautifully decorated rooms. Our room had a fabulous sun terrace and seeing as the weather was fab we made great use of this! Breakfast’s were excellent with a great choice and all the staff were superb in every area of the hotel. Ski lockers on the mountain are also a great touch.

The Junior suit was way too small for a double sofa bed, when open we had to jump over the bed to pass. Also the cooked breakfast was not good, fried eggs where all squashed on top of each other with the yolk all burst .. Had to argue to get a place in the spa, a word of advice, book beforehand if you want a dip in the pool after skiing !!

The location is perfect... the lodge on top is a super idea and a great service for clients, pillows amazing, and very very clean...will use this hotel again when back in Courmayeur !!

nevertheless the amazing all-inclusive breakfast choices, fresh juices were a la carte.

The hotel is Pet Friendly, with a supplement. They also provide a dog-sitter on request. Personnel was extremely kind and helpful. We stayed in room 219, lower floor, no balcony but a couple of chairs outside the glass door, back of the hotel's view, very little sun coming in during all day. Strong Chlorine smell, due to the nearby outdoor Spa. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices. Cosy but essential Spa, with hot and cold pools and jacuzzi, excellent therapists for treatments.
