Unexpectedly it was big positive surprise. Host was very kind, room was spacious, quiet location with private parking close to the Center. We wish we could stay longer.

Pasquale was wonderful! This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Cosenza. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance of the old town and museums. The bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculate. I loved that there was free gated parking on the premises. There were homemade pastries for breakfast along with fresh fruit and yogurt. I also appreciated the security. The entire premises is gated. It feels safe and secure. Pasquale was a super host! Great value for the price. I would stay here again!

Everything was perfect!

The property was beautiful and well maintained, great value for money to include parking and breakfast. Our host was very attentive prior, during and at the end of our stay. Loved our blue room with all the modern cons and so tastefully decorated. It is right across the road from the hospital so would be brilliant for anyone having to stay close by for inpatients. Highly recommend.

Pasquale is a great host. Our rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful sleep in the beds. The shower was excellent too. Pasquale prepared our Italian breakfast, including juice, cereals, pastries and fruit and made lovely coffees, we had more than enough to set us up for the day. We would highly recommend this B&B.

I had an excellent stay at Le Origine Rooms&Suite. Pasquale was a great host and very friendly. A really pleasant guy who goes out of his way to ensure your stay is great! Communication was excellent and the check in/out processes were very. The private parking was very comfortable and secure. The property is located just 5 mins on foot from the centre so it was perfect for me as i didn't feel like driving after a long day on the road. The whole property and the room itself was exceptionally clean. Everything was brand new and of high quality. The bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. For those wanting to work remotely, there was also a desk/work space and the internet connection was very reliable. It's a shame I was only there for 1 night. Cosenza and the whole of Calabria is really beautiful, I hope to visit again some day on my next adventure.

The b&b was totally new, only 3 months old, so nothing felt used. Very welcoming reception, and the first accommodation since 5 weeks, with a huge breakfast choice, including fresh fruits, cereals and yogurt. Location a little far from the train station, but reachable by public bus, but within 10 minutes walking distance of the old historic quarter of town and new city center.
