You need to explicitly confirm the car size prior to arrival before it gets reserved for you. Communication via text is a little difficult. - But we got there

The appartment was good, clean, spaceaous. There is parking at the property - although it is extra to pay and there is a specified height and width (this also gets checked at check in). Communicating is much easier in person. Everything seems to be written in English, Italian and German. Shops and restaurants are only minutes away. Breakfast was excellent and the staff is very friendly

Maybe the beach wasn’t best of all beaches in Grado, but it didn’t matter, because in the hotels area are many other beaches, so you can find your favourite if you want. But this is more about sea, not hotel.

Great breakfast, lot of food and great service every morning. Room was always clean, it has all needed things. The hotel staff was very kind and helpfull all the time. The hotel has nice family like atmosphere with cat walking around. Also you have a covered spot for your car every day in inside hotel area, but you have to pay 10€ per night.

We were very satisfied. We appreciate the comfort, cleanliness, pleasant service, quiet environment, tasty and varied breakfast made from quality ingredients, kitchenette with a large refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine (Illy capsules), free covered parking (reservation required), storage of own bicycles. Large terrace with parasol and dryer. Paid beach opposite the hotel, unpaid with a beautiful pine grove and well-kept lawn a few hundred meters from the hotel (Spiaggia Libera "Le dune di Grado"). We would love to come back here, we salute the owner and the staff, we wish you all the best.

Great location, just a few steps from the beach. Alberto was very helpful, friendly, he recommended a few great restaurants in Grado. When he saw that we came with electric car he immediatelly told us where we could charge the car. Hotel has big private covered parking space. The room was bigger then expected, it had a small kitchen.

The only two things that could be improved: the shower in the bathroom where it started to be mold-infested. And the aircondition was not very strong cooling.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The location war great with the beach on the opposite of the street. To the center and most of the restaurants it is a nice walk of about 20-30 min. I also liked that we could reserve a parking space which is also secured. The breakfast was good. The room was big and seperated into two small rooms with a small kitchen and the sleeping room. There was very much space and also a big balcony.

The rooms were a bit dated - it could use some love and refreshing. We didn't like the beds, we both woke up with sore backs.

The staff was super friendly and made sure our stay was great. The breakfast was every day great, we loved the terrace where we sat every morning. The parking was easy and well-arranged. We also loved we could rent their bikes for a day to explore Grado. The location was great; close to the public beach and about 15 minutes walk to the center to grab dinner. The room had a nice balcony to relax.

I loved the hotel. The room was clean and stylish. The breakfast was excellent. Really good juices, excellent Italian coffee and a nice variety of small bottles of French marmalade. Breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace surrounded by a nice garden.

Unfortunately we couldnt park the car before check in and leave it after check out,but it is solved in front of the hotel there are parking space enough. Nothingelse,it is a very very good hotel

The hotel is one of the best in Grado. It’s private parking place,the rooms are spacious and clean,at the breakfast has wide range of choice ( cheese,ham,eggs,fruits and vegetables). The owners are kind and helpful. Location is very good!The beginning of the private beach of Grado Git is in front of the hotel.The promenade is 10-15 min. and the old town is 20 min.walk. The hotel area is quite during the night. I really recommend this hotel for everybody!!!
