We had an excellent time staying in this beautiful and modern apartment. The communication with Cristiano was superb - we were never left wondering how to reach the apartment and how to check in/out, and he was super responsive throughout our stay. He was also very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Excellent suggestions for dining were offered and for other amenities in the city. An added benefit was the very nice restaurant just outside the front door. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Very highly recommended!!

The apartment is modern, impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Everything looked brand new: kitchen appliances, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, bedsheets, pillows… Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Cozy dining area. The apartment is in a nice, safe, quiet residential neighborhood and yet close to the atmospheric Via Maqueda & Via Victor Emanuelle filled with restaurants and shops. From the apartment we could explore every historic sites and the street markets on foot. Our host Cristiano was super attentive to everything we needed, responded in a blink to all of our inquiries and provided helpful recommendations on local restaurants. Thank you Cristiano. We highly recommend this place and would certainly return here at our next visit to Palermo.

I didn't like how I had to leave a cash amount for the "tourist tax". I would prefer if it were an option to pay this before or after electronically.

Doesn’t have a washing machine , but we got by.

The property is in a central location in the old city a short walk from the market and the main street. About 1/2 hour drive to the airport or 20 minutes drive to the Station. The hotel is clean modern with comfortable bed and quiet at night with 2 separate sleeping areas Kitchen is well equipped to prepare a meal. I would definitely recommend to all travellers.

A bit complicated to find a parking place as the Piazza Monte Di Pietà is often full. There's a "warden" though who collects the money but beware! He charges a tenfold and you're not even sure it's official...but then you don't want to make any trouble. Anyway this has nothing to do with the appartement !

The appartement is nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom has everything one could wish for. Everything is just new and very confortable. The location is in the historical center and just a few steps away from the via Maqueda, piazza Verdi, via Roma etc but in a quiet neighbourhood. Shopping, restaurants and sightseeing are at your doorstep. The owner is in constant contact with you via WhatsApp to guide you through the arrival procedure and to answer any questions you may have. We loved the place and wish to thank the owner Cristiano who made us feel very welcome indeed!

Absolutely nothing.

It was my first time in Palermo and I was looking for something exactly like Porte del Kassaro: location in the heart of the city, spacious room and some balcony with a typical view of the old street. Also all furniture are brand new and modern inside the room. All my expectations were met and even more then that! Christiano is very friendly and caring host who always ready to help and was kind enough to propose an early check-in for free! No way I'll choose another property to stay for the next time.

Not much could be improved, but maybe some foldaway furniture for the balcony?

This newly renovated flat has all the facilities you need for a week in Palermo. Modern and clean bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bedroom, good lighting, and a small balcony overlooking a side street. On top of all this Cristiano was a great host with visit suggestions, and he also picked us up from the bus station ( a real bonus).

Cristiano was one of the most responsive hosts I've ever encountered. The flat was immaculately clean, well designed, and perfect for our stay. I'm embarrassed to admit I left my wallet and passport in the bedside table and only figured this out when I got to the airport. Cristiano drove both items to me himself so I could make my flight. He is above and beyond. 12 out of 10.

Extremely clean, the amenities were amazing, the Netflix was already signed in for us to watch. The owner helped us settle in when we couldn’t find the property and was extremely helpful. It was very convenient to go from place to place and the price was reasonable. I would definitely stay here again 10/10
