This place had personal touch in every aspect of it - the same kind when it’s ran by family. However, attention to details, customer service, and amenities provided surpassed even big brand names in hospitality. Baltazar - owner manager, his sweet mom - pastry chef, his father - second generation chef, his grandfather, after whom the restaurant on the property is named - every employee we got to meet - they all created very cosy, tasty, and comfortable environment where one would want to find him/herself when planning to get away from busy schedules. That is what we were looking to do ourselves and it fitted perfectly to what we needed. Even its location - above everybody else, worked perfectly for us - away from noise and turmoil of overcrowded streets of Amalfi even in April. Did I mention vast sea underneath that we were “forced”to observe?

Super super clean! You can actually walk barefoot on the beautiful floor. Everything is new and well maintained, The beds are comfortable, the water in the shower is strong. The view is outstanding you can see infinite blue. The place is managed by a family of professionals who are also very friendly people that care about everything in every possible way. Top !!

The hotel renovated now, it like everything is brand new. The best view you can get. Fabulous breakfast with fresh products from the area of Agerola. Amazing people that will help you with everything you can ask. We will be back for sure.

The stuff was very kind, ready to help about everything, view was amazing, better than on photos. Room was beautiful with jacuzzi, huge balcony and very comfort bed. Better we couldn't imagine! Whole hotel was extra clean, room as well and breakfast is also perfect, we ate the best eggs ever!

Recommend to have flip flops in the room service other than this nothing negative.

Many thanks to the Manager Palto and the lady in the reception for the hospitality and warm welcoming..we had long journey and we were exhausted and both them make us felt comfortable and relaxed. They have upgraded our room FOC and have help us to find the easiest way to return back to Naples. Needless to mentioned nice rooms, cleanless and nice homemade breakfast!!!

Stayed at this Property Sept. 2023. The property is clean and the views are unbelievable! The staff are so caring,kind and make sure your every need is looked after. The General Manager greeted us at breakfast on our first morning to make sure all was good! Breakfast on the terrace a true gem and so much selection. The shuttle is located right across the property to take you into town. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again on our next visit to Amalfi! Thank you to the staff for all that you do!!! the location is a shame for such a pretty, well run hotel and the lack of food options in the hotel, could maybe do with a menu to order food throughout the day if you want it. there’s the town so it’s not a big issue but sometimes you just don’t want to leave the hotel!

the staff were very attentive, particularly the manager he would answer any queries/issues you had! they were very accommodating very friendly. it was very clean, facilities were good, pretty views. the staff give a list of recommendations for places to eat or drink, there’s a shuttle down to Amalfi so you’re not stuck up there, rooms were a decent size

Nothing really: we’ve already recommended to others! I would say you probably do need a car if you’re going to use this as your base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, though there are regular buses which stop just outside.

Beautiful family run hotel. Staff were lovely. Spectacular views over the sea. Bright, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. Decor was great. Excellent value for money compared with other properties along the coast. A short walk into Agerola itself. The hotel were also offering free shuttles to Baccofurore restaurant (which was excellent).

The people! Salvatore was always taking care of us since we arrived to the hotel, he was so kind during all stay and made a great experience for us. The hotel shuttle was broken so Salvatore made everything to take us to the bus station by car to continue with our trip. Great service.
