The hotel is very well situated, with a beautiful view to the sea. The breakfast was very good with the gorgeous view. The staff are very kind, everybody make you feel very confortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well kept. Good spa and gym.

Staff were quite challenging when we returned to collect our case after a hike. Gave the impression we didn't look fancy enough to be guests. Maybe a bit too detached from reality.

However, there are some aspects where we believe the hotel could improve. First and foremost, the service. While the staff was courteous, we couldn't help but feel that they could do more to make guests feel truly special. There was a noticeable lack of that extra effort and personalized touch that you might expect from a luxury hotel. It's the little gestures and attentiveness that can elevate a stay from good to exceptional, and I hope to see more of this in the future. One instance that left me slightly disappointed was the front desk staff and management. We went with their upgrade spiel and agreed to pay 3,000 euros per night, but they couldn't bother themselves to even find out for us if we could park our car at the valet for an extra day, or handle our luggage passed a point, or agree to a few minutes of late checkout and they gave us attitude when we were checking out 6 minutes past 11am. Unfortunately, it's about little things, and their attitude did affect the overall experience.

I can't stop raving about this gem. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of the property. The hotel is nestled in a prime location, offering breathtaking views that left us in awe every morning & night. Whether it was watching the sunrise from my room or enjoying a sunset cocktail on the terrace, the vistas were nothing short of spectacular. Speaking of the rooms, they were pure perfection. Immaculate, spacious, and elegantly designed, they exuded both comfort and luxury. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities was truly impressive, making our honeymoon stay feel like a dream come true. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight. The menu featured a variety of delectable dishes, and the flavors were exquisite. I appreciated the focus on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, and it showed in every bite. Hotel's amenities, the pool, the spa, fitness center, cold plunge, etc.. were top-notch. this is an amazing hotel. In summary, Le Sirenuse is a true gem that offers an unforgettable experience.

Nothing! We had an issue with a boat day that the hotel had organised and it was rectified promptly.

This property is phenomenal. I have stayed at multiple 5 star establishments across the globe including Soneva Jani in the Maldives. This property is beautiful in all ways. So glad we close to stay here for my mums 60th birthday trip! Also the food at La Sponda is out of this world, probably the best meal I’ve ever had in Europe.

We only found out about the amazing gym when we'd checked out although probably wouldn't have used it as everywhere else was too nice.

Leonardo and the concierge team were outstanding as were the waiters. Breakfast as good as anywhere in the world. Views to die for. Rooms are magnificent. Yasmin at Franco's. Very special!

The breakfast and the fruit flies. Something needs to change maybe get people to request fruit or keep the fruit in a fridge?

Everything. Staff were the best staff at a 5 star I've ever encountered. It's a real 5 star hotel. The view. Incredible. The rooms were beautiful. The food was also so so good. I'll be back next year.

Absolutely nothing!

Breakfast was incredible, really! Views were astounding! Staff—especially Donatello and Antonio went above and beyond to insure our successful transfers to and from. Pool attendant, room attendants and all waiters insured our supreme comfort! Bravissimo SIRENUSE!!
