I LOVED everything! My only recommendations would be, to provide some basic beach accessories for example, (beach chairs & towels) and other necessities which would include, extra bath towels, and an umbrella for rain. 

The location and spectacular views is unbeatable!!!!!! I was blown away.

What a beautiful apartment with the most astounding view over Lake Como. We spent hours just relaxing on the balcony and soaking up the view, and enjoying the amazing comforts that the apartment had to offer. It is beautifully furnished and the owners went to great lengths to make sure our stay was comfortable- there was fresh fruit, all the basics such as oil, coffee, sugar etc. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a superb bonus in the August heat. We have noticed that other apartments might say they have air conditioning but really it’s just one machine that barely works. This apartment has modern air conditioning in every room which meant a much more comfortable stay. The apartment itself is in a good location, only a few minutes walk down to a stony beach on the lake, which wasn’t as busy as some of the others we saw. There are bars and restaurants in walking distance and one serves fresh bread and a small selection of groceries which meant that we could get fresh bread for breakfast. Larysa must be the best apartment host we have ever met. She was there to greet us on arrival and at check out and communicated with us throughout the stay with ideas of places to visit. Her local knowledge about parking spots and places to see on the lake was very helpful and she went to great lengths to help us with a tricky parking situation one evening. Thanks so much, we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Lake Como!

Amazing location. A short drive to Bellagio's centre where the ferries to the other towns depart. The view is stunning. We arrived late at night, and in the morning, we were astonished by the spectacular lake scene. The apartment is beautiful, modern, comfortable, and brand new. It has all the amenities (nice shower, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, furniture to enjoy at the terraces, smart TVs, WIFI, laundry room, parking space). The property is so dreamy that one night, we decided to stay and cook instead of going out for dinner, and we enjoyed a delicious meal on the terrace. The owners are a lovely couple, determined to give their guests the best experience and make them feel at home. They paid attention to every detail, welcoming us with a "Happy Anniversary" note and some treats. They shared great recommendations (from where to eat to what to visit) and supplied printed maps and guides with notes and tips. We are already dreaming about coming back.

The apartment is brand new with a beautiful view of the lake especially from the terrace of the main bedroom from second floor. The balcony from living room at the first floor offers a very relaxing atmosphere for a drink late in the night. The hosts are very willing to all the details you may need for enjoying your stay, especially about the main attractions that you can see around the lake and how to reach them. The parking space near the street and the garage are important details that release you from the stress of finding a spot when you arrive with the car.

The location was very good with a fantastic view, everything in the apartment was new and we had all we needed. I will come back here for sure, because I really enjoyed my stay. The beach is very close (3 minutes walk), if you come by car you have a private garage. There are also 2 restaurants very close.

Super nice appartement. The view is beautiful. The appartement has 2 floors each with own balcony and view of the lake. location is very good. near all the places and walking distance to the lake to take a swim. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with everything you need.

The only complaint is that we didn't have a vacuum cleaner or a broom in the building, since we were traveling with children, the floor got dirty after several days, so we wanted to clean it, but we couldn't. Also, as soon as we entered, greasy prints were visible on the doors and cupboards (mostly on the bathroom doors and kitchen fronts) - they should pay more attention to that when cleaning.

The host was very approachable and kind. The apartment is in a good location. When making the reservation, I did not indicate that we needed a crib for the baby, but the hosts brought us one.
