airco was a bit noisy

We felt extremely welcome the minute we first spoke with the hotelmanager. He was always very helpful and checking if everything was fine. The rest of the staff has the same attitude. The restaurant has great dishes and offers a great variety of good wines, prosecco's and champagne's. Prices are cheap. The location is very authentic and we noticed the locals love eating over there as well (which is always a good indicator). The hotel is a great value for money.

Perfect and large room with high ceiling, fridge and AC with a window overlooking the charming square with restaurants. The owner is very gentle, welcoming and caring man; he kept our bikes in his own garage, so they were perfectly secured. The room is cleaned daily and new towels are given so full service. The hotel has also great restaurant so no need to wander around for great Tuscan food.

The position and the style. It’s in a cutest part of Chianni. Lovely style and pretty comfortable. The food at the restaurant was great and people friendly.

We arrived late in the afternoon about 4pm expecting a great experience at this hotel but this was not to be. We were upgraded to the so called penthouse apartment which wasn't in the hotel which was mentioned but wasn't mentioned how far away it was from the main hotel. The access to the room was in a narrow very dark staircase leading up to the room which was an access way for a number of other flats or apartments. There was a random microwave abandoned in the staircase which was a trip hazard. We got into the room and were very disappointed with the quality of the room. It smelt very badly of some cleaning fluid yet managed to look dirty everywhere. The quality of the fittings and fixtures was very poor the bathroom looked terrible the bath was dirty and the toilet had been used and not flushed, there was literally no furniture in the bedroom and the bed had no pillows. I wold liken the whole room to that of a prison cell. Tried to take these issues up with the manager who whilst initially was helpful did not resolve the issue, said the rest of the hotel was fully booked and tried to negotiate a refund to no avail and we eventually left the hotel after 2 hours of speaking to Booking.com customer services again with no satisfactory resolution. First time in many years of travel i have ever turned down a hotel room and was definitely not impressed would not recommend at all.

Our room was hot when we arrived and I asked if the air conditioning could be put on and I was told not for another couple of weeks. We had no internet access in our room so we were unable to make work calls in private.

Very poor knowledge of English. Parking outside the hotel (5 min walk).

Beautiful hotel. Quiet place, helpful staff, clean rooms, breakfast delicious. The hotel also has a restaurant - possibility to dine.

Parking is such a big problem that it is a spoiler. I have to say, avoid Chianni unless your car is very small and you are brave.

Where to start? Some of the staff members were really rude! Bathroom was from the mid century overflowing with water when we had a bath. It suggested that it had aircondition but only in one of the 2 rooms. Really old decorations and uncomfortable beds.

The property description said there would be air conditioning but mine did not. My room was upwards of 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Owner would not turn on any of the rooms a/c because it is still “too early in the season.” Also, my room description stated there would be a king bed yet it was two twin beds that were pushed together. The mattresses continually slid apart all night.

The property is in the heart of a beautiful location. the restaurant attached is solid as well. Staff was very nice.

Basic room and hotel facilities. no bar and no in room facilities to make a drink. Shower poorly fitted and sealed and had a small flood in the bathroom just from showering. Reception staff not always available. Restaurant food very disappointing. Duck breast tasted like liver and the tiramisu was just defrosted sponge and cream that tasted nothing like tiramisu.
