We had a wonderful four-night stay at the Lemon House, be prepared to experience a fabulous Bed & Breakfast! The English home is just exceptional, pristine and full of love. The owner Christel and her lovely teen daughter Emma are truly warm and caring, they make you feel like family right from the start. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the plush bed came with luxurious linens and ours had French doors overlooking the handsome, rectangular turquoise pool. The breakfast was not only beautifully displayed but very tasty, high quality and vast. Emma prepared the best delicious gourmet eggs and great cappuccinos! ; ) Christel is fantastic. A classy lady that speaks almost every language and pays great attention to detail was super helpful with planning our stay in Savoca. She provided us an excellent list of restaurants and beach clubs in the near and kindly helped book all reservations for us. Every placed we visited was top notch! Lemon House is about only a 20-min car ride to Taormina, perfect for a day at the beach club or exploring the city and returning home to lovely dinners at the beautiful Sicilian villages. Parking is always available, secure and free of charge on the street just outside the House. Our stay at Lemon House was a very special time and one we will never forget. Thank you Christel and Emma! Absolute recommendation!

Nothing the hotel was perfect

An absolutley perfect B&B Hotel for a Sicilian adventure. From initial contact after booking through to departure, Christel has been absolutely fantastic, she is very accommodating and helpful with travel advise for day trips. Each day she would offer suggestions based on what we wanted to, and make any tour and restaurant reservations for us, this was absolutely invaluable to us, saving us so much time and allowing us to pack the most into our one week holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and wants for nothing. The rooms, decor and facilities are to a very high standard and it is probably the best small B&B hotel that we have ever stayed in, such a first class personal service. The hotel is perfectly placed to explore Toamina, Etna, Savoca, Catania and all of the North Eastern Sicily. Now breakfast each day is something else, an array of choices from Sicilian meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurt, breads etc and you will be even offered eggs of your choice, expertly cooked by Emma the head breakfast chef. Thank you Emma! If you are looking at North East Sicily, we would highly recommend the Lemon House. So do not hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed!

Nothing! You will need a car unless you plan not to visit many interesting sites and restaurants on the island or just the surrounding area.

Super boutique B&B with very personal service incl. recommendations for sites, restaurants, excursions. Carefully chosen, excellent breakfast buffet that is unbelievable for such a small business. The same is true for its pool. The owner's hospitality is unparalleled and the result of love and extensive travel industry knowledge.

Beautiful small bed and breakfast, with clean and spacious rooms, a nice backyard with a swimming pool, and a truly dedicated and nice owner who really wants you to feel welcome. She will give you suggestions for things to do and see, and do the booking and reservations for you, and make sure you have a great time in Sicily.

Exceptional stay and experience! The place is really beautiful and quite close to Savoca. Christel (and her daughter) really take great care of all their guests, organizing trips, making restaurant recommendations and preparing a great breakfast. Really liked the personal touch, we can only recommend this place.

Lemon house is nicely situated a quick walk or car ride from Savoca. The property is clean and Christel and her staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Suggest you try the homemade eggplant spread! Breakfast area is cozy and easy. You can for sure find something you like! Christel was also really helpful booking restaurants and provide suggestions on what to do in the area. Strongly suggest to walk up to Savoca, stop for an ice cream and then proceed to the next town and down to Chiesa di San Pietro church and then back to Lemon House. A nice round and you get to experience the small towns in the area!

Breakfast were exceptional. Christel has a lot of home made jams marmalade and other.. too many to recall. She also cooks fresh eggs to order. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Christal has a lot of knowledge about the area and gives it freely. Her choice of restaurants for our diners were spot on and we enjoyed them.

There is truly nothing to say negatively.

Everything! The home is beautiful as is the host. Crystal does all she can (and more) to make things comfortable and feel like home. Her willingness to make sure your stay is perfect for you, is her goal. She will give suggestions on dining, tours, excursions as well as make breakfast early to accommodate your day. The Lemon House has checked every box when it comes to perfection!

The bad and breakfast is situated logistically perfect, if you want to discover East Sicily. The surrounding itself is unfortunately not the nicest. Don't expect a spectacular view.

Very nice, small bed and breakfast with only 4 rooms. Our room was lovely, with a very tasteful interior. The whole house is beautiful and very well cared for. The pool may be small, but no bigger one is needed for such a structure and it has been very well made and designed. The breakfast was excellent. We never had a better buffet in South Italy. We didn't miss a thing and all the products have been of very good quality. The best and most amazing thing was the host though: Christel really cares for her guests and provides very useful tips. We made a more or less accurate plan beforehand of what we want to visit and where we want to go for dinner, but ended up following all her leads. The trust paid off. It was much more fun that way :). Absolutely recommendable.

Excellent location - few min drive to Savoca, close to the sea side with beach clubs, very quite Sicilian village area. But the gem is the host Christel - friendly, helpful, well organised woman, energetic, to make your stay in Sicily even better. She brilliantly helped to organise activities and dining and hosted a lovely breakfast with local specialities and home made jams, eggs, etc. Lovely and peaceful place to stay!

We found the hotel to be very new and clean, but the best part about it is the fact that Christel is very helpful in organizing dinners, trips to Etna/beach etc. She'll call for you the restaurants and the other facilities. The breakfast was also great. We felt very good at Lemon House and fell in love with the village nearby - Savoca.

Literally everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was beyond incredible, the room was lovely, the bed was so comfortable, the pool was a delight and in a peaceful private garden. Our host Christel was so helpful, giving us recommendations, making bookings for us, and generally being wonderful! Her attention to detail is incredible, she speaks at least 5 languages, she cares so much about her guests having a good time - I could not fault a single thing about our stay! My husband and I had a wonderful few nights at the Lemon House as a treat to end our Sicily holiday, and gosh was it worth it - the best place we stayed on our whole trip, and in a super location. Thank you Christel!
