N/A. Everything about Les Diamants was beyond expectation. The comfort, the location and the Staff were fantastic.

Location was excellent. Accommodation was outstanding. The bedroom was very comfortable. Even though it was beside the Spanish Steps, with all its tourist activity, you could not hear any outdoor noise.

Location was PERFECT! Bed was so comfortable and room had an amazing view over the Spanish steps. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, they went above and beyond to help me plan a lovely trip for my mums 70th birthday. Sky TV, Nespresso for Tea & Coffee.

I like everything about the property.

The property was very clean. We were allowed to check in earlier as the room was already ready when we arrived. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very close to all the tourist spots. It was a perfect stay for me and my son. Thank you to all the staff who assisted us. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after check out so that we can still do some last minute sightseeing.

To reach our room, we needed to take an elevator and pass through 3 doors in order to reach it. This is the only negative thing I can say about the hotel.

Beautifully located overlooking Piazza di Spagna. Even though it's a busy piazza, it was very quiet inside the hotel. No sound can be heard with the windows closed. The room was very nice and modern. I definitely recommend it.

Truly nothing to mention

We booked last minute, literally like 3 hours prior our arrival time and we requested a crib for my baby, which we did not expect to see it on arrival as it was so sudden. They had it! We stayed in room 4 and the view was amazing, we saw the spanish steps from our window. The staff is super attentive, room is cozy, don't expect a large room but that's how Rome is, but the room is clean and enough space for a family of 3

The best location is right in front of the Spanish steps. nice room. It's not that big but knowing you can just go out and chill outside is amazing. The receptionist was REALLY helpful. made our stay so much better. thank you!

Les Diamants is a little gem... The room was just perfect, beautifully clean and the bed very comfy. We had the balcony, and it was glorious being able to sit outside with our morning coffee in the wonderful sun watching passers by on the Spanish Steps. We loved the location! Central to everything - all in walking distance. It was quiet at night in the room when the balcony doors were shut despite the hustle and bustle of the outside. The hosts/reception staff were exceptional - waiting for us to arrive even though this was passed the check in time (we were 4 hours late!!). We are very grateful x

Location, location, location! The eclectic elevator is an absolute love, main entrance, quiet, & clean. The room was a bit smaller than I thought it would be but it was extremely nice. The emergency number which was available 24/7 was very comforting as I’m 77 and even very familiar with this fabulous & totally safe area that I try to come back to every year.

Staff was so helpful - they stored our luggage while we left for tour and when we returned had taken them to our room when it was ready. Secured a car to the airport for us as well. The large balcony and view of the Spanish steps in our room was spectacular! Great location! Will be back!!

The outside was bit noisy, with window closed it was fine! considering you are in a major attraction The Spanish Step in Rome.

Great location close to Metro station behind the hotel, walk to major attractions in Rome, lots of restaurant near by and gelato places. The Hotel is next to the Iconic The Spanish Step in Rome you literally walk out of the one of the major attraction each morning! Also, our window was facing next to the The Spanish Step awesome view each morning!
