We had a fantastic stay here for the start of our honeymoon. The staff made a lovely effort for us and were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful- a good selection and nice a fresh! The hotel is decorated to a high standard and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again!

Booked a room with two beds, this was given away and an ‘upgrade’ with an extremely small sofa bed was the alternative given - really frustrating for a five star and uncomfortable as two tall adults. We simply couldn’t use it. Air conditioning- it was too early in the season for and fan didn’t work despite flagging once to reception and being noted to be fixed - was told to open the window, but window was above large dumpsters which smelled & were emptied at 5am loudly. Room constantly warm.

The Napoli Palace is a very nice hotel, designed in a contemporary modern style. My room was a bit on the small side, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. All of the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. I had dinner in the dining room where there was a restricted menu on a quiet Tuesday evening, but the server said that the chef would cook whatever I might want outside the menu, within reason. I chose from the restricted menu, and it was very good. The breakfast was adequate. I was very happy with the price which I paid.

The staff are fantastic, the domestic staff do an amazing job. A very clean and comfortable hotel. We would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the area. We dinned in the restraunt one evening, the food was wonderful!!

This is truly a 5 star hotel. We had the best vacation at this hotel. All the staff were wonderful and welcoming and had a very high level of customer service. The facilities were exceptional. The design of the hotel is modern and beautiful, there is so much attention to detail. The front desk staff were always welcoming and knowledgeable about all questions asked, and went out of their way to make the vacation more special. The spa is beautiful and a must to do at the hotel. The lady in charge of the spa was really friendly and professional too. The breakfast staff were wonderful and welcoming, remembering our drink preferences every morning. I recommend this hotel to everyone. It is only 10 minutes on the metro to the centre of Naples and the metro station is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Very nice property, well renovated, everything was new and clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, everything you wanted. Location a bit out of centre, but close to all transportation. Very authentic location, restaurants and shops in close proximity.

The restaurant has very expensive prices and the food is not fresh ( I ordered lasagna and they give me frozen one )! I don’t recommend you to eat at the hotel !
