Lift was a little old and slow - but not a real issue.

Very friendly staff, very informative and spoke great English. Great services such as access to the private beach area and WiFi was excellent.

Hotel does not have restaurant, that is only minus. Although there are good places in walking distance. Room are big and clean, staff is very friendly with good english skills. View to seaside is stunning

Not big issues but the parking is a bit far from hotel, need to walk around 10-15 mins. Also the sea water is pretty deep fast so a bit difficult for smaller children to have fun in the water. Sofa in the living room not very comfortable.

Very good location, close to the city center and with a private beach. Clean apartment and location in general.

Bed and pillows were to hard for our liking. The staff tried to get better pillows but unfortunately they were the same.

Nice place, clean, excellent position and free beach chairs to laze around at the beach.

Really great place - highly recommended. If you want to spend time by the sea during the day, and go out to enjoy some food etc. in the evenings, there is no better place. There's also a lot of cool stuff to see in this area, but we did not get a chance to explore the region as our children are small - maybe next summer!

I ordered in April - early enough- room with sea view however got side view.

Easy excess to the beach ca 50m. Apartmant clean and well maintained. Hotel provides parking lots ca 6 min walking distance from hotel. Staff ready to help

The sofa bed in the living room was not setup so was a little inconvenient. If there is a little kettle for making hot water, would be ideal.

We would liked to have a waterboiler in the apartment.

We lived in a comfort studio which was sufficient spacious for two persons. The apartment was well equipped for being self contained. It had a safetybox for computer. The bathroom was very well equipped. The hotel has its own privat beach a very short trip on the other side of the beach promenade. The beach is well organised, and a place with umbrella , a sunbed and and a sunchair on the backer part of the beach is included in the price. There are elevators. The hotel has a system for source sorting of the garbage. The staff was nice and serviceminded.

You will hear a bit of noise from the street

Friendly and kind staff, clean comfortable apartment. The location in Finale Ligure is great. I arrived by bicycle and had a flat tire as I was rolling into town. They have a large well lit bike room with a bike stand and air pump, so I had my tire fixed in no time.

We didn't have many dishes so it would have been nice to have been provided small bottle of dishwashing liquid to wash dishes in the sink and a cloth to wipe down kitchen bench.

Reception staff were patient friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nothing was a problem. Would love to come back one day and would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

No cleaning service. We stayed 5 nights and nobody cleaned the room during these days. Our room was near the reception and there was much noise. No balcony.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is next to the beach and the boardwalk, the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, a few minutes walk and you are in the center of Finale Marina

If you have a room with sea view, ask for a higher floor as there is a building in front that partly obstructs the view in a way you can't see the beach.
