This is a beautiful villa that is recently remodeled with beautiful furnishings and a simply spectacular view of Lake Como! Very close to boat rental, a great restaurant, and a local market. Literally all are walking distance along with the lake. If I could give it 6 stars I would! Bravo!!! Would absolutely stay again!

The internet sometimes dropped, but it was sufficient for doing regular online work, calls, and video streaming. Just have to be patient occasionally.

This place was exactly what I was looking for - spectacular views in a quiet town on Lake Como, 5 min walk to a little swimming spot, 15 min drive to Bellagio, great air conditioning, free easy parking onsite, elevator, stylish, comfortable, flexible and responsive host, good kitchen, washing machine. Even a small deli with some basic essential groceries and a waterside dinner restaurant (not open Mondays and Tuesdays). I liked that this village has a relaxed local feeling, not in the main tourist craziness of Bellagio. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here, it is fantastic if you are looking for a stay in a smaller lakeside town and have a car to get around. If you do come by car, the entrance to the building is not where google maps says, follow the video the host sends you. It's only a block up off the main road to get to the building's gate. Otherwise you end up too far up the hill and it's very difficult to turn around. Roads are narrow around this part of the lake, not an issue unless you are a nervous or aggressive driver. Just slow down, pull over as far as you can, and wave at the oncoming driver.

THE VIEW, high speed internet, big enough TV, modern apartment, awesome host! From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. But what really made my stay special was the host, Victoria. She went above and beyond to make sure me and my family had a great time, providing me with excellent recommendations for things to do and see, as well as restaurants to visit. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable, and I felt like I got a true insider's perspective on the city thanks to her guidance. Victoria was also incredibly responsive and available throughout my stay, always quick to answer any questions I had or address any concerns. Her friendly and accommodating demeanor made me feel welcomed and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her efforts to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Overall, I can't recommend this apartment and its host enough. The combination of excellent accommodations and top-notch hospitality made for a truly memorable experience, and I would definitely book this apartment again in the future. Thanks to Victoria for being such a fantastic host!

Vittoria was a great host! She was so helpful in helping booking a cab with an unexpected late check-in, arranged a dinner reservation, had great recommendations. The apartment is very spacious with a great terrace view of the lake. The town is quiet but beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

The location is great. Convenient to get to sites in the area. The view to the lake is beautiful and the apartment is bright most of the day. Host Victoria was friendly and helful. Highly recommend.

The view and the space were spectacular! Located in a quiet town on lake Como, the ferry made getting to other villages relatively easy (once you learned how to read the timetable) Parking on site and easy. Our host was a good communicator but follow her instructions to get to the property as the address puts you in a different location.

Very easy contact with the owner who is a lovely young person. The views over Lake Como are hard to describe. Definitely great for a morning coffe and an evening glass of wine.

Of all the bookings we have, this is the first time to say "photos don't do any justice". The place, the view, is way better than the photos. It is a 12min drive to Bellagio, but the port is just right in front where you can hop on and off to any place around the lake. We loved the calmness of this town. the restaurant by the lake serve amazing food, the neighbors are all very kind, waking up everyday with the view of cascading mountains is just breathtaking, and we are away from the busy towns which give us a sense of tranquility which is what you're supposed to have when you visit this mezmerizing lake: to appreciate everything and everyone all around you. Victoria is also an amazing host. She always caters to our inquiries and give suggestions where to eat and where to go. The place is like our 2nd home, complete amenities, with a huge tv, kitchen equipment, comfortable beds and clean linens. If we come back to lake Como, we will only stay here 😅

I would say - nothing, what could be impacted by the owner of the appartment

It was a very great apartment and a nice experience during the whole week, which we spent in this apartment. And it was always such a pleasure to return each evening there. It is a very bright and nice apartment, with everything that you would need during the week (fully equipped kitchen, good TV channels on TV, big bathroom with 2 types of showers, cozy sofa, etc.) + the really great view from the balcony - we enjoyed it each morning during breakfast (how the sun rises over the mountains) each evening - during the late dinner (how daylight turns into the darkness and all around the lake city lights start shining) Despite very hot weather- conditioner in the both rooms worked very well + you have the option to set a different level, configure it so that you don't feel direct cold airflow on you. + one of the most comfortable beds so far (in a lot of places this is a big issue) + a very good and stable internet connection (I guess, I could use this apartment for remote working in the future, too) + the very chatty and helpful owner of the apartment - has prepared a nice portfolio with different useful information
