The room was a lot smaller than I expected. I felt very cramped in what was supposed to be a leisure stay. The room did not feel clean. There were stains on the table and the bathroom. They also only offer “hair and body wash” so if you have hair I suggest you bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Overall, this was not where I wanted to spend a relaxing vacation so I checked out early and went somewhere else. I would only recommend this place if you need a place to sleep and only sleep.

Reception staff. There was never anyone at the front desk. We waited over an hour for the check-out, although I asked 2 employees from the restaurant (bar) to call someone at the reception in order to pay, so we could leave. We had a 14-hour trip back home and we wanted to leave as early as possible, around 7.30. Although I wanted to pay the night before, just to avoid such situations, the young man at the reception told me that it was better to pay in the morning, because from 6.30-7 his colleague will be there for sure, and that it is better that way. It wasn't like that at all, and our whole program was delayed. Very unpleasant. Zero interest.

The location was great. Fabulous breakfast. At the restaurant was a young girl, extremely pretty and kind, grade ten. Also a gentleman serving breakfast, extremely professional, very kind, always with a smile. Grade ten with congratulations. That was the good part.

Facilities are slightly worn out. Shower hose was broken and needs replacement. Our windows faced the gas station on the highway so it was quite dusty in the room and smelled of gas every now and then.

Room.

I choose this hotel because of swimming pool .But the staff not giving enough information how to get there..I was tired from the trip and when I see my room I was so disappointed 😞.It's too tight and I feel like a jail. Cleaness.is OK. Breakfast is OK.

The location and noise. The hotel is literally right next to the main road through town, so there was constant road noise. My room faced the road/mountains and there was no sound proofing so it was very loud and I did not sleep well (also not helped by the music played by the bar directly underneath my room). The pool was very hard to find (I literally had to have a staff member take me there) but once there, was amazing (see above). The rooms were super tiny.

Pool (if you could find it) - felt secluded and serene. The reason I booked this hotel. Also breakfast was great, as were the staff serving it. They really catered to you - cutting different meats and cheeses, for example, per your request. Very nice and helpful.

I was a bit disappointed and annoyed with myself to find the hotel is on a main road next to a petrol station. There was a bit of noise from the road and the bar. The shower was very small and broken.

Very nice people at this hotel. As reported by others, there is an excellent breakfast available. The pool is good if a little tired and I really appreciated the ceiling fan in the room.

The morning coffee was a disappointment.

Pleasant room with lovely lake view. Freshly squeezed orange juice at the breakfast bar. Convenient free parking with easy access from the road. Excellent location with only a short walk to the downtown area and lake.
